Hotel Vola

The owner is very nice. The breakfast was very good, the rooms were amazing, and of course the pool. We really enjoyed that the hotel was in the quite area but still so close to the harbor. The rooms were very clean.

Spending two nights here, I was absolutely satisfied with the place. Each member of the staff was caring, kind and smiling all the time. Rooms are comfy, nicely furbished and renovated. The breakfast was always freshly made and substantial. I'd never hesitate to rebook it.

Everything is great. This hotel is best. excellent hotel, clean, tidy, spacious rooms, magnificent view from the room. the staff is perfect, they went out of their way to meet our every request, starting with the guy at the reception, the lady who works in the kitchen and the owner. with pleasant conversation, all with a smile. Confortable beds excellent breakfast, carefully prepared, everything in order. all recommendations, we are definitely not changing you

It's a nice little hotel close to, but far enough away from the bustle that is the centre of Saranda. We had a lovely view from the room we stayed in - and could watch life go by from our balcony. The pool is fine, too, for the occasional swim. The breakfast was alright (good fruits, nice borek) and things were clean.

The owner is working very hard to make things right for his guests, but some things were a bit chaotic (like the parking situation in high season). There was also a toss around with our booking, but in the end, we had a very lovely room. Some smells from the bathroom discharge.

The service is amazing, the guy at the reception helped us with all we needed when requested. The location is absolutely perfect. It is in the middle of the city. It is the hotspot. We could get out in the night with no worries. Definitely worth coming here. The pool is maintained well and the view from the hotel and the pool during sunset is wonderful. The shower is comfortable and the room is huge and clean. The breakfast was really good.

The parking was limited but we didn't face a problem.

Very clean and tidy. Breakfast plentiful. Nothing too much trouble for the staff who were very polite and helpful. The property was in an excellent position with bars and restaurants in walking distance. It had a lovely view looking out to sea.All in all a very enjoyable holiday.

If there was a negative, it would be that the rooms were short on wardrobe/cupboard space.

Perfect location at the start of the boulevard. The pool is located at the first floor, which provides a great view and a very nice, refreshing breeze. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Would recommend!

Clean and in a good spot to walk into Sarande. Nice to have the pool.

Pool area was slippy when wet. Although we had a very small sea view it wasn’t at the front so I’d suggest requesting a front facing room if that’s important. Lot of screaming kids continually jumping into the pool. Breakfast didn’t have much variety but was good. It was expensive but we were there at the height of summer.

The room is big and good. Staff (owners) very very friendly and were always checking if we were happy and if everything was good. Breakfast delicious !!

Bed was so comfortable rooms modern room and so clean. Fantastic having pool to cool off in. Close to supermarkets and restaurants. Lovely breakfast. Lovely having deck to look over the sea

Nothing we didn't like but tea and coffee in the room would be great and a shower curtain or screen would stop water getting everywhere

Great stay. The owners were very nice and helpful. The room is quite large, enough for a family. Clean, towels changed every day. Very good location. Sufficient breakfast. The price for the stay is also appropriate.

an absolutely amazing hotel run by an amazing family! they couldn’t have done more for us from the day we arrived until the day we left. i would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone travelling to Saranda! it was roughly a 15 minute walk into the centre however there was lovely bars and restaurants near by which in my opinion were nicer.

very good location, 10 minute at most to main strip, 3 minutes walk to good private beaches, decent size pool overlooking the sea with plenty of sun lounges and hotel provided towels, very good wifi speed, freshly made breakfast with reasonable variety of hot and cold foods, family owner business with owners present on site, excellent aircon in the rooms

we were given a room for the first night that had poor design and leaking washing basin and a TV that didn't work and two tiny single beds, the owner gave us an upgrade into a doable room overlooking the sea that became available after the first night which was so much nice, thank you sir!

Clean room, good breakfast, very nice owner of the hotel who helped with everything! The hotel is located 10 min walk from the city centre. There is a bus stop 100 m away.The outdoor pool was very nice on the hot days. AC was functioning excellent! They even have smart tv’s in the rooms. Overall we loved our stay in Hotel Vola! If we come back, we’ll definitely book this place!

A part of the hotel is a little bit out dated. Be aware to book sea view

The location, the swimming pool and the breakfast were great. We got the standard room which was very big but had a side view but we still got to see some sea. The front sea rooms, instead, have a great view!

Maybe some parts should be refurbished like the bed, the door handles and the window in the bathroom. But overall the rooms are nice.

The breakfast was good. The staff were very friendly. The rooms and facilities were in good condition. I would definitely recommend coming here again near the future. Thank you having me at this hotel.

Amazing location: good restaurants around, many groceries stores and very close to the beach! The staff was really friendly and welcoming!
