Hotel Mano

Very nice hotel in a great location. The breakfast was decent — nothing fancy but really tasty. The room was clean, service was good, and the staff were very polite. Overall, a pleasant stay .

A shower curtain would have been useful, though it might have made the space feel smaller. Still, the water tended to spill out even though we were careful.

Breakfast was included it was located in the Mano restaurant. The location is great, opposite the ferry terminal to Corfu and other destinations. Surrounded by restaurants and cafes. Parking is not too bad in the surrounding area; on-site parking is available, ask for it. The host was very helpful. The view is to die for, overlooking the harbour both day and night. Highly recommend it.

Ask for the lowest floor if you have an issue with carrying heavy suitcases. Nothing outstanding to complain about.

The hotel is close to the port of Sarande and a lively street, which is convenient.

The hotel has potential, but my stay was a bit disappointing. The fridge in the room didn’t work, the breakfast selection was quite poor, and there were too many stairs, which made access difficult.

The breakfast was substantial and delicious. The staff didn’t seem to mind when we lingered over coffee. The rooms were spacious, modern and clean. Our king bed sea view was perfect. The staff were friendly and helpful.

Nothing that I didn’t like. Like most hotels in the area, there are stairs and no elevator so might be challenging for elderly or mobility challenged folks.

Modern, comfortable rooms with a good balcony in a great location - especially if you are taking the ferry. The rooms were very clean and the cleaning staff came every day. The buffet breakfast was quite good and there is a bakery next door as well.

The only negative was the limited amount of parking in the area. Having said that the staff is very helpful in assisting that issue.

Good location next to port. Good restaurants nearby. Relatively quiet street. Property provided a good breakfast inclusive.

Directly across the street from the ferry port, pleasant and not too loud, this is not a beach hotel, however you do have a harbour view which at night is pretty. The rooms are very nice as well as the balcony and breakfast.

The private parking was a bit tricky, there’s one slot on a steep incline, however, the staff were very accommodating and helped with maneuvering our car and with parking on the street.The breakfast was quite good, comprised of seasonal fruit, local cheese, breads, jam, etc. It’s directly in front of port, so it’s very easy to access if you’re going to use a ferry. Promenade is walking distance, so plenty of options to eat.The bed was comfy, so was able to sleep quite well.

The bathroom was a bit small and didn’t have enough coverage for the shower, so the water tends to get everywhere. Since it is directly across the port, it can get a bit noisy on certain times of the day.

Clean, comfortable, good location a couple of minutes away from the Corfu ferry. Plenty of shops and restaurants nearby and only a short walk from the promenade. Super views from the balcony. I was up too early for breakfast so I couldn’t comment on it.

Would have liked tea and coffee making facilities in the room.

No lifts and the room was 3 stories up. Basic bathroom facilities.

Fab little hotel, very close to the ferry terminal. Sea view room had stunning views of the lively resort, Saranda. The hotel rooms are scrupulously cleaned every day, Towels changed daily. The staff are all very friendly. Surrounded by lovely bars and restaurants. There are beautiful beach bars to the right of the hotel about 7 mins walk.

It was supposed to be free parking and it wasn’t any parking. It is very difficult to park in Sarande.It was supposed to be mosquito net and it wasn’t. There were a lot of mosquitos in Sarande.Noisy fridge that didn’t work good.

Though breakfast included we had very early departure, long before scheduled breakfast times. Hotel arranged coffee and cakes for us.

All good though heads up to other traveller's.. no lift and lots of stairs. We booked with a very good rate which may explain room location on top floor. Senior backpackers so travelilng light and relatively fit..but it was a good climb.

This property should not be on Booking. They don’t have the resources to manage their reservations and communicate adequately. There are plenty of accommodations in Saranda. Don’t risk losing your money and peace of mind over this one.I made a reservation through Booking and spent over two weeks trying to contact the property—via the Booking platform, WhatsApp, and phone—at first to ask about parking, and later to change my reservation dates. Despite multiple attempts, I received no response.Due to this lack of communication, I eventually tried to cancel the reservation. By that time, I was past the free cancellation window, but I had lost confidence in the accommodation and no longer felt comfortable staying there.Twice I had someone on the phone, but the person did not speak English and asked me to message them on WhatsApp before hanging up. I only received a few short and unclear answers on WhatsApp.I went in person to the reception on the day of my reservation, where a staff member called someone on the phone because he did not speak English. Instead of changing the reservation date or cancelling it, as I had been asking, they had added one day to the reservation, and I would have to change rooms after the first night. That was never communicated to me.The person on the phone was extremely aggressive—cutting me off and talking over me. It was impossible to have any kind of conversation with them and I did not feel safe staying there. I decided to leave, even though they charged me for the full reservation.

Location. Easy check in. Beautiful view. Good breakfast. Clean.
