My a/c unit was not working and they said they were unable to do anything about it.

Modern and clean hotel. Great rooftop bar and breakfast.

The breakfast was delicious and the view was wonderful. Staff member was friendly and room size was perfect. Location was good.

Julia Hotel was a great place to stay for our 5 nights in Sarande. It's location is perfect - right in the heart of all the action with beach, shops, restaurants, bars and clubs all very nearby. The boardwalk is a few hundred meters away. It's all so walkable from here. The room was super spacious with a very comfortable bed, plus a balcony with incredible views of the town and sea, especially at sunset!!! The bathroom was big and had an enormous shower with great water pressure. Breakfast on the rooftop was abundant and delicious. Plus, again, the views! Staff were all super friendly and helpful.

The room could have been a bit cleaner but giving them a pass because it's near the beach. Also, if you need absolute peace and quiet, this is not the place as the club thumping from nearby Orange went well past 3 am every night.

I had a wonderful stay! The location is excellent, very convenient for exploring the area, and the service was outstanding , the staff were always friendly and helpful. The room was very clean and comfortable. The rooftop is absolutely beautiful, with an amazing view that made the experience even more special. Breakfast was delicious, especially the pancakes, definitely a highlight of the morning. Highly recommend.

The double room didn’t have air conditioning that reached both rooms equally, so only one side was properly cooled, and there were no fans available. The room was also quite dark, with very limited natural light. Additionally, the poolside beds weren’t clean, which was a bit disappointing.

Had the best experience here! The most welcoming amazing staff that made our huge family feel so special. Wendy who works at reception is so personable with the best suggestions. The pool was awesome to break the mid day heat. And location- perfect!! Short walk to the beach and the strip. 10/10 would definitely stay here again.

We were a group of three girls super happy with our stay at Julia hotel, the staff was so helpfull and kind, especially the two women working in the breakfast area, made us cappuccino’s every morning and got us ice cubes and wine glasses to the room. Comfy beds, clean rooms, nice balconies - all in all great and we do recommend!

A family hotel where everyone goes above and beyond to welcome and provide well-being to guests. We had a medical issue and everyone (Alb, Klejdi and Wendy) were tireless in helping us.Excellent hotel near the sea shore, pedestrian area and city center, clean, comfortable, excellent bed and bath linings. Beautiful sea view from the roof top during an excellent breakfast, with very friendly service. Free parking. Highly recommend! No chance for erros or mistakes!

The impossibility of staying longer!

Great hotel in a good location of Sarande. The pool was a hit with my kids so they could swim each day after our adventures. Lovely breakfast.

Great location. The view from the room was amazing. Breakfast is served on the rooftop, so you can enjoy your meal in the sun with a sea view. The stuff was very friendly and helpful.

Bed could be longer. My partner didn’t fit. Breakfast could have more variety.

Everything. The room, the staff, everybody was very helpful and friendly. This hotel is highly recommended. The rooms view is stunning, the breakfast is really good and we loved it that in April our daughter can play in the pool.

It really strikes the perfect balance.Breakfast was a delight every morning, with fresh local ingredients, traditional Albanian flavors, and enough variety to keep things interesting. Every detail felt thoughtfully curated.Julia Hotel is a true gem in Sarandë. Whether you’re here for a romantic getaway, a family trip, or just to explore the Albanian Riviera, this hotel is a perfect base. I will absolutely be back!

Great location in the second row with a view on the sea! They had great coffee for breakfast and breakfast in general was very decent with lots of fresh options. They were also so kind and gave us extra duvets for the bed as we were a little cold.

Rooms are spacious and breakfast is great. Staff was kind and helpful

Rooms were nearly renovated. Some thing were not working perfectly. Jacuzzi is nice but was leaking. No trash in the room. Bathroom was smelly all the way into the room. Blankes were missing. Although new were brought they were naked. You can hear people above you
