    Pros +

    • The staff was great, they were thinking allong with us and even facilitated us with a place to dine when the restaurant was fully booked. The rooms were nice and clean and good value for money.
    • We called last minute when we couldn't reach the hotel we originally booked due to the road being blocked after heavy snow. They had a free room and we reserved it over the phone. When we arrived the receptionist was helpful and helped us find a takeaway delivery company since the restaurant was closed. At breakfast the waitress was very considerate and even though I arrived towards the end told me not to rush. She then informed me when they were going to start clearing the buffet so I could take anything else I wanted.
    • We always stay here on our way to Hungary from the UK, and never been disappointed. Very clean room, and comfortable bed, clean saunas and great gym facilities. The food was always very delicious, this time we had pumpkin dumplings and pumpkin soup. It was a dream. Kudos to the new French chef.

    Cons -

    • We choose this hotel as a reststop between our travel but there’s not much to do in close proximity. For us this was fine but if you’re looking for a place where you can go out or something, this isn’t it.
    • The restaurant was closed, but we knew this in advance.
    • Parking wasn't too easy

Rooms were clean, and comfortable for our one night stay over. Breakfast was included in the price and it was quite a good spread. Will certainly return, if we travel the same route.

The room was spacious and comfortable. The baby bed was nicely made and clean. Cleanliness in the room was excellent. Breakfast is very good.

The location is a little isolated, though it’s quiet during the night.

Convenient stop over for us, quiet location with friendly staff. Parking available..

People bringing dogs into the hotel.

Free parking. Great breakfast. Nice large room with walk-in shower. Easy access to Wurzburg and the autobahn.

Newish facility, lovely spacious rooms, and lots of convenience. Had a great meal after a long drive and flopped into a comfy bed. Nice walks around the vineyards too for my dog.

The ladies on reception were a bit cold (unhelpful) on check-in and when I was trying to work out how to negotiate breakfast with my dog. Dogs aren’t allowed in the eating area and so it’s very difficult to grab something to eat from the buffet. When I asked, I was told to leave the dog outside (he’s an anxious dog), so I ended up skipping breakfast. I was hoping that someone would offer to quickly make a plate up for me and I could have eaten outside. This wasn’t a problem for the evening meal as there was staff service people that sat outside and it was a very nice experience. I thought one of the ladies on the front desk smiles at one point, but it was just trapped wind! Anyway, still 5-star, for price range it offers excellent value.

Best hotel ever! We’ve stayed here many times and it’s never disappointed. This time was a mid-stopover on our journey from the UK to Hungary, and once again, everything was perfect — especially for those travelling with pets. The hotel is conveniently located just off the main motorway, making it ideal for road trips. We brought our two small dogs and were so impressed by the thoughtful welcome they received: a surprise goodie box with treats, food, and a bowl (which you leave behind) — all delivered straight to our room!A special thank you to Thomas, who went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. Since dogs aren’t allowed in the restaurant, he kindly reserved an outdoor table for us so we could enjoy breakfast without any hassle. The rooms are soundproof, which made a big difference — our dogs were calm, and we were able to get some proper rest. The sauna was another highlight and a great way to unwind after a long drive.Highly recommend this hotel — especially for pet owners. Thoughtful service, great facilities, and genuine hospitality every time.

The hotel was very clean, the rooms comfortable and it was quiet. The breakfast was outstanding!

The location was quiet and peaceful, but you should have a car to be able to go to restaurants or Wurzburg.

Great location. Reception staff very friendly, waiter at dinner also professional and friendly.

    7NathaliePosted on: 8-18-2025

The hotel offers a great breakfast buffet with a variety of fresh fruit and other elaborate options. Eibelstadt is a charming town with a lovely city center and some nice restaurants, making it a worthwhile stop on your way to or from Austria.

The hotel was slightly more expensive than others of a similar quality. The bathroom, especially the shower, could benefit from a thorough cleaning to remove limescale.

    10ViaraPosted on: 8-11-2025

The receptionists both on the evening and morning shifts were helpful and courteous. The airconditioned room was a bless after a day of driving in a very hot weather. Good shower, smooth sheets, it was quiet in the night although the hotel was full to its capacity. The breakfast was rich and diverse! There were all sorts of cheeses, scrambled eggs, pancakes, muesli, bacon, youghurt, fruits and so on. They have srict rules for the dogs - not allowed on beds, not to be dried out wth hotel towels. But they offer a box with dog food as a welcome to your dog. The proximity of the highway is convenient to continue your trip on the next day.

    Nothing, all was good.

    10KhalidPosted on: 8-9-2025

The hotel is located not far from the highway and very well located in a scenic area close to nice village for a good walk and while provide quietness to sleepers. The hotel reception was super nice . I fully agree with many reviewers, the breakfast was tasty and it has many varieties. Well recommended for drivers passing by.

Nice clean room and very good breakfast. All options available and good cappuccino.

It was quite busy so the parking lot was full when we returned from outside diner.
