Hôtel L'Auberge Alsacienne

I absolutely loved the quaintness of the hotel & the town. It was a beautiful place to make our base for 5 nights to go to the French Christmas markets. The staff was absolutely fantastic - we had breakfast every morning and gathered for drinks in the evening. The staff is very hardworking and nice!

Nothing to do with the hotel but I highly recommend making dinner reservations in this small town a couple of days ahead.

What a great location! Literally walk 100 meters and you are in the old town. Hotel was great. Nice little sitting area with bar and breakfast area. The rooms were spacious and comfy. The staff was excellent. Dedicated parking available in the courtyard behind the hotel. Would highly recommend.

No elevator, but staircase steps were wide so getting suitcases up to the room wasn't too hard.

Great room - with a nice view into the main street in Eguisheim. Private parking was very convenient and worth the money.

The curving staircase to the second floor requires moderate mobility.

Nice welcome and check in process at reception. Parking available for a little fee. We had quite a small room but it was clean and everything we needed for one night. Extra Points on the staff: a staff brought something we have forgotten in our fridge to our car after we had checked out and we even spent time away having breakfast in town. Made my day! Thank you!

There was a warning not to drink the water from the tap so there goes showering and brushing your teeth. Their alternative was ONE bottle of water for 24 hours.

The hotel was easy to find and parking was available. The staff was very friendly, the room was good with a good shower and comfy beds. There was plenty of choice at breakfast. The location of the hotel is great, just a few minutes by foot from the center of Eguisheim, with many nice restaurants (of which an overview can be found in the room).

Very good hotel. The location is the best. The staff is nice and helpful.The breakfast was very good, quality food.The room is quite spacious, the bathroom is adequate.It is recommended to book the parking. I can only recommend it.

Great location and parking

First room had a terrible smell (sewage). They moved us but to a lesser class room. Shower was very slippery and an older adult in our group fell. We informed staff and they told us showers were not slippery:

We have stayed here several times before and we both love this hotel. It is very clean, rooms have all you need for your stay. The staff are friendly and breakfast has a lots of choice.

The location and private parking was ideal. It was nice having a suite with a sitting area.

The room was on the 3rd floor and had no elevator. The room was hot at night. It would have been nice to have the restaurant open for dinner.

Nicely situated in the centre of Eguisheim. Very neat hotel and great facilities.

Only challenge was to navigate your way to the second floor with luggage without a lift.
