Pros +
- Wonderful stay , very comfortable room , good breakfast, cosy atmosphere, friendly staff, good location, Specialty thanks to Mr Afroozi and him wife surely come back again
- Very nice layout with pool, bar, etc. Staff was very attentive and said Bonjour everytime they saw us. I liked the location but it is a couple of hundred meters outside the village itself.
- The hotel is very close to the center. We came at the end of May and it was quite quiet during the week. We stayed for two days and were very pleased. The staff is very helpful. The breakfasts are great. The SPA and pool area are also clean and enjoyable.
Cons -
- The rooms were a bit small but clean.
- The breakfast hours - a time window from 8 to 10 am - are maybe not so extended, but the use of the area is flexible and the hosts still allow you to sit at the tables for as long as you wish in the morning to enjoy the amazing view from the large windows.
- It wasn't very clear where to check in due to the renovation

The hotel is located in a very nice area at the limit of Eguisheim, while still being at walking distance from the town centre. Even though they are renovating, there was no sign of noise in the spa, which is situated right next to the area under renovation - quite impressive! Very friendly staff, and very rich and diverse breakfast.

Amazing newly renovated hotel, still under construction on one side (but didn't disturb us at all), lovely staff
It wasn't very clear where to check in due to the renovation
Nice spa, confortable and nice rooms, friendly staff, quiet and green environment, walkable distance to the nice city of eguinsheim
Pillows are too small
Nice modern room, very good breakfast, helpful staff, good location among the vineyards.
The spa area is rather small. It wouldn't be a problem if the jacuzzi was warmer. The sauna seemed home-made out of a big wine barrel with a glass opening to the vineyard - stylish concept but absolutely non-functional. No insulation of the barrel, just plain wood, so when you sit further from the heater, it's actually cold.
Pool, sauna, on-site parking, proximity to different points of interest. Our overall experience was great. Staff was very helpful and accomodative. Zhenia at the bar area provided great support :)
There is no on-site restaurant for lunch or dinner.
Nothing to be mentioned.
Poor quality of breakfast. Spa with a very small sauna in a wooden barrel.
Beautiful edge of village location. Indoor and outdoor pool. Appreciated a family suite with 2 bedrooms - large double in one room and 2 twins in the other. Perfect for 1 or 2 nights. Breakfast was the best of our trip!
Shower over bath - never love them!
Close to the center, nice staff.
The spa leaves something to be desired, the water in the pool and jacuzzi was cold and the sauna was not heated. Breakfast is quite poor and no scrambled eggs.
Free parking. Nice spa smell in the HOTEL. Good location.
Swimming pool is small. breakfast was only till 10 am, very expensive (20 euros) for what it is - limited choice.
Great location in the middle of the vineyards and two minutes away from the center of Eguisheim. It was perfect! Loved the style of the hotel. The wellness area was great. Wanna come back for a wellness trip.
Located in a cute little village
Room 3, despite being “Superior” needs a serious makeover. Room smells bad, appliances are super old and falling apart, holes in the furniture, electricity plugs not working, and AC noisy. Also, spa costs extra.
The room was so comfortable and it had a nice pool and amazing location.
The breakfast could have been better.
Well located Hotel with a view on the vineyards, 500m away from the old center. Equipped with everything needed for our family. The staff was very friendly and helpful. A nice SPA area with two clean pools, inside and outside. We love this place and definitely will come again. Thank you!
Everywhere we stay, usually (at this price) we have the breakfast included. Thanks.
Nice location and nice pool. Most of the staff were friendly and helpful.
There are a lot of extra charges which is unexpected for a 4-star hotel. Breakfast is EUR20 per person per day - which is a lot for what is provided. Use of the spa is EUR11 per person but it's not worth it - the indoor pool is very hot, the hot tub is not hot enough, and the sauna wasn't on. We also had a problem with the air conditioning in our room making a lot of noise - reading other reviews this is a repeated problem and one the hotel is aware of. We ended up moving but this wasn't a simple process (it was meant to involve yet more charges...)
Good breakfast and friendly staff.
Room a bit outdated. Has seen better days.
Spa area and the firm mattress, the quality of breakfast.
The room was small and outdated including bathroom. Lack of sockets - to charge a phone you have ti pull out the switch of the light. Our room did not match the photos. The breakfast room is too small for the size of hotel, the tables are to close not enough space to move around them.
Comfortable bed, little south facing terrace, dogs accepted
1. Hot water wasn’t working in shower, but it was fixed very quickly. Seemed it wasn’t an uncommon problem2. Safe wasn’t working3. In built fridge wasn’t working so the hotel had just plonked another one next to it4. Only 2 coffee pods per day5. A wall light was broken so it was just replaced by a lamp - no fixing of wall light6. The curtain was partly off its rail7. The towels on the second day were worn and frayed. 8. Small detail: 2 conditioners and no shampoo9. Terrace was nice but furniture was cheap10. Dog friendly hotel but the receptionist couldn’t tell us anything about which restaurants in the village were dog friendly - she suggested we just rang them all. It was €20 a night for a dog - quite expensive for just a tiny dog cushion
