Pros +
- Lovely spa, food was very good for the price range. Clean modern facilities.
- Mainly the food was accepted but overall it needs a major renovation.Cleanliness has to step up from 3 star to the claimed 5*
- Beautiful location, tasty breakfast and dinner with big variety and great sunset view (if you choose to sit outside).
Cons -
- Pillow was way too big.
- Facilities are old and not take care of some outdated
- Inside lounge zone was dirty. Children swimming pool was closed the next day after our arrival, loud maintenance works started in a big swimming pool (no one told us in advance about such inconveniences). Be aware that drinking bottled water is very expensive in mini bar and no shops in walking distance (just take water with you).

very quiet hotel. a realy relax . look a litle older than few years ago . We really enjoy dinner and breakfast . High quality .
The hotel is quite new and clean and it was overall a comfortable stay. Very comfy beds.
The food. Bith of us me and my husband got food poisoning after the dinner which was served in buffet style.overcrowded restaurants, u have to make reseravtion for the dinner which is offer in 2 time slots. Half of the restaursnt is closed the tabels are taken and overcroweded. The food ,the oil they do the deep frying was really bad and old oil. Lot of food offered in feep fried way, and thats the worst with the used old oil. The night after dinner was a nightmare for bith of us. I wish the hotel would be more careful with their food choices and quality check. The experience of the thermal bath was so worth but the food and restaurant experience is a disaster.it is not worth the money u have to pay for the stay , the food is overrated
I liked the extended hours and the pool was clean
I observed twice that at breakfast and dinner, people used their hands to grab bread, fruit and even the shaved almonds that was there for soup. So disrespectful and disgusting.
Nice location and the sauna seances were very nice.
They are trying to squeeze out as much money as possible. You have to pay for parking on the hotel level, for using the saunas and definitely over pay for food and drinks. We paid for a room with a view over the salt hill but we have mostly seen trees. The spa is not well maintained, and the amenities are old and no fun. The staff is usually rude.
Great staff, good food and the spa is amazing.
Clean and modern rooms and very nice variety of pools. Food quite nice and restaurant ambiance as well
Sauna side is rather modest .. basic facilities . Sauna master Eva was very good though ..Also, having half board included it was quite bitter to see that no drinks, not even tap water would be complimentary with dinner .. quite salty ?
- great location - very good pools, clean and spacious
- very bad food in dining room. Really disappointing. Cold, and simply not tasty. Had to go to restaurants nearby which were amazing - no air conditioning in the gym (!), and it was 33 degrees- 2 of 4 elevators not working our whole stay (5 nights)- if you want to stay a bit longer they force you to buy an experience ticket and get it like an external guest, not taking into account you’ve been thrrr a whole week - you need to tell them to clean your room(!)- staff hardly speaks English
Very good spa
They gave me a room at the very beginning of the corridor and near the elevator. Every day the workers were doing repairs to the elevator and there was constant noise in the corridor, it was impossible to rest. It was all very unpleasant considering that I paid for an expensive room.
I regularly visit this hotel because of it's great spa. It is a bit old, but it is very spacious, you never feel it is crowded. I love the Knipe pools with cold and warm water :)
The food used to be more tasty in the past, but still is good.
Pools were big enough, a person could swim if he she wants to in the cooler pool.
It was calm good view
Comfort, many pool-choice, meal selection, spacious room, kindness and dedicated attention of hotel staff.
Room rate went significantly up.
1. The room was okay, kinda new and clean, comfy bed.2. Thai massage was really good. 3. It's all not bad in general, but definitely not worth the price...
- only 1 check-in desk with 2 counters that makes check-in long and unpleasant- this countryside hotel doesn't provide free parking for its guests. Unheard of. 3500 ft per night.- no free water provided at all - no shampoo, conditioner, lotion provided. Only 2 in 1 (shower gel/shampoo, same-same)- the room wasn't cleaned at all, they only added teabags and emptied the garbage bin, everything else was left untouched- we had half board, that was very limited. We didn't enjoy the food and no drinks were included during dinner at all. Like not even water. How greedy. - both breakfast and dinner had only 1 vegetarian option. And salad bar. - they aren't ready for foreign tourists at all. All signs, announcements, spa menu are in local language only. Some staff don't speak any English. - the spa was alright but overcrowded - u can't enjoy it. Also, it looks a bit worn out. Visiting at 9pm was the only solution.I'd be all fine with it for 200 euro but not for 520 for 2 nights. It was my husbands birthday, and I was looking for some "experience", nice vibe, nature, pools. But we both felt like "meh"
Everything was perfect.a lot of food, clean rooms, every night live music, the spa is fantastic!
Location,wellness
Furniture:bed,matrass etc.. over used,faded.
The food was great
There was absolutely zero service provided and the staff hated us. Are we supposed be the ones to thank them that we can pay them? No first aid kits were available after an injury cut my feet up. The reception told me to walk back down (with bleeding feet) to the pool and ask for help there. There was a surcharge for everything which was annoying and I had to wait in line for 15 minutes just to get a beer. Never go here!!!!
It has very nice pools and great view. The room is big and spacious.Nice decoration and atmosphere.
The food selection is limited.
Thermal bath, salt mountain, food
Should have been easier to walk around in the area without having to walk all the way down by the road.
