Résidence Durbuy

The place was amazing. It was my first time booking a place like this and I didn't expect much. The rooms were clean, the bathrooms were great. I rented bedsheets and they were also clean. Wifi worked properly in all the rooms and TV had lots of channels. there was kitchen stuff that I could use and everything worked perfectly

basic facilities were missing

1) When we entered, we couldn't find where electricity meter was, we had to take help of neighbor to find that. It would have been nice that instruction of that is given on paper. 2) Bathroom floor wasn't clean3) I expected atleast the floor mats be there in bathrooms, as floor can get wet getting out of tub4) there were no bedsheets on the beds

The location was good and it was fairly quiet. Will still recommend this place if you want to stay a few nights in the Belgian Ardennes.

The sofa bed wasn’t comfortable at all. Personally, I’d much rather have a good bed in a studio when you also have a dining table with chairs, then a sofa to sit on. The plug thing for the sink also doesn’t work at all, so when doing the dishes, the water doesn’t stay in the sink.

Filthy place and an absolute scam! I came here with my parents hoping to get some peace and quiet close to nature! It turned out to be a disaster!1. The place was teeming with flies and when we complained to the manager he said that we should expect flies because it’s a warm winter and that we should be driving them out!2. You need to bring your own sheets, but the bare bed and pillow underneath was filthy with hair strands and dead insects.3. The shower wasn’t working! The manager casually indicated that these things happen and if we need more comfort, we should pay more for a nicer place. We had paid 300€ for 2 nights!4. They make you pay 250€ as a deposit and charge you for your energy consumption. I’ve never seen something like this before. If you book through booking.com, it is mentioned on the site, but you need to look for it!We ended up leaving after 1 night because the manger was unhelpful and the flies were really bothering us. It felt like we were living in a garbage dump. We will NEVER go back here and would urge everyone to avoid this place.

Amazing location. Our apartment was attractively decorated. Not at all like the pictures on booking.com. far nicer than we expected. I booked just as a place to stay while attending the Belgian Grand Prix

Only thing that was missing was cutlery. Remember to take your own!

Well maintained apartments with reasonable amenities.

Distance to any shops required the use of car

Pool, balcony with a good view. Setting and simplicity. Good value for money.

Kitchen utensils need a little update as a few things were broken.

The equipment are old and dusty!No WiFi connection. No barbecue allowed.

The place was very nice, clean and very modern

Bad internet connection..There is no internet connection on both bedrooms only in the living room that has internet connection

I liked - the fireplace- the size of the apartment- kitchen facilities

It was not possible to get normal temperature in the shower. Th temperature was constantly changing from too cold to too hot. I could not give a short to my kids.

Location is very nice, staff was friendly and helpful, house itself was nice. Lot of nice activities to do close by for different age groups

There are rules that you should not make a lot of noise and disturb other guests after 10 pm, but there were a bunch of people making a lot of noise at night ( around 3 am) and not sure if this is something happening often or it was a 1 time thing. There was just 1 garbishbag, little toilet paper and not enough stuff to clean the house which is a condition when you want your deposit back.

The surroundings are beautiful, family friendly place, nice walks, great sceneries.

Awful furniture, with destroyed edges, the shower room very filthy, mold on the tiles, no air freshener in the toilets. There was a rusty heater from maybe the 1970s in the shower room, just disgusting. All in all the facilities were a big disappointment! Be prepared to check your electricity consumption and read the counters at the beginning and the end of your stay.
