Best Western Plus Hotel Le Rhenan

This is a well kept best western. You know what you are going to get and it has all of the amenities needed for a quick and busy trip. We needed a place to stay that was clean and comfortable during our road trip, and this fit the bill. The breakfast was incredible and a highlight of the stay.

It was a great surprise; it is a hotel located near highway and we did not have high expectations. The rooms were very clean, nicely decorated and modern, fabulous shower and lovely smelling shampoo and shower gel. The fact that toilets are separately from bath/ shower is really nice. The breakfast was really nice, the hotel employees were also kind and polite. It was only a stop over for a night, and we arrived quite late but we were super positively surprised by this absolutely lovely hotel.

There wasn’t anything to like. There is really no views out of the windows but that was nothing that bothered us as we were only staying there for one night. The fact that it was comfortable, clean, spacious and had good breakfast was far more important to us. Overall great stay and highly recommended.

We were very happy to stay here again. The hotel is in a convenient location for us. The restaurant serves lovely food and the staff are welcoming. The rooms are a good size and the beds are very comfortable. We appreciated the contents of the room, coffee maker and tea facilities and the drinks in the fridge. We will be back !

We were in transit and booked this hotel for our overnight stay It was a great new hotel that met al our expectations Both the accommodations and the staff were great. The restaurant is not cheap but the quality is very good.

Clean, and quiet. They have a nice restaurant and excellent breakfast. The staff is very helpful and friendly. Service was excellent. They allow dogs, and have plenty of parking- secured if needed.

It is right next to, or in the lot adjacent to a street mall. Great if you want to shop, or grab fast food. Not great for views.

Inter-room noise.

We booked this hotel just an hour before we arrived there and were really surprised. Very nice person at reception. Free secure parking. Great room, nice bathroom and great shower. Dinner in the evening was very good. Open kitchen. Nice ambiance and super friendly staff which struck us being in this hotel where all staff was so friendly. We also met the manager and we had a nice talk with him. We will come back again.

Good place to rest after a long drive. Nice comfortable room with a good shower. Safe private parking area. Just 200 metres to some very nice cafes and a cinema.

Just one tiny thing: the bathroom door squeaked very loudly. This could be easily fixed with a little oil.

The room was extremely modern, the shower very pleasant to use and esthetic. Top mattress too! Great gym and very good noise isolation.

The toilet was dirty from the resident before us. We had no soap in the bathroom and the soap in the shower was almost empty.And the staff was unfriendly.

Superb. Located near restaurants and shops, secure parking and very clean, modern room. Shower was delightful.Great stop over highly recomended. I've been travelling Europe for 3 weeks. This was by far my best stay.

Completely uninterested staff, slow check-out customer does not come first.The hotel takes a 50 euros out of you card for incidentals, not jsut a pre-authorization.Parking is unlocked so anyone can access, givem the hotel is in the middle of an industrial zone that does not sounds very safe.

We were pleasantly surprised: From the first moment the hotel staff was very friendly and helped us with all our doubts. The room was modern, quite comfortable (including the bed) and in good condition. One thing we found particularly nice was that smoking was not allowed in the hotel.

Fair value to sleep only. Would not recommend staying here for your wine route or Strasbourg trip.

The location was far from restaurants & wineries and quite far from Strasbourg. Although I appreciate a clean hotel, the cleaning products they used were overwhelmingly fragrant, so everything smelled like an overly parfumed grandmother. It was truly awful and it caused to not want to dine in restaurant.
