Location, view, good food at restaurant

Checkin was quick and easy

The room was really small, I couldn't find a staff member when I had questions, the band set up where I was seated so I had to change tables and felt rushed to move, they were out of the special, & there were drunk teenagers running around harassing me

Poor Bfast restaurant not open untill 7.30am contentail no coffee or Tea unless you pay extra not toast .

The staff were amazing. Emma at reception was very accommodating & Gareth the Manager was very kind. Also Mary the waitress was so lovely. All of the staff were very welcoming.

Proximity to the sea. Remote aspect. A disconnect from things. One of the staff members was fantastic (Darren) the rest of them felt pretty reserved. Especially the receptionists. There was absolutely no conversation or desire to help or make basic conversation.

The hotel felt a bit worn. The bathroom was pretty basic and cold. I wear glasses and it was pretty inaccessible when using the shower. The mirror was pretty far away and no indicators on the shower. The lighting was very basic. No complimentary water in the rooms or fridge.

There was a 9:30am outdoor yoga class where the instructor was on a speaker so it was quite loud

Great view from the window, clean room and good breakfast.

Customer service could use some improvement, I met 2 staff members during my stay and didnt receive a single smile. Didnt feel very welcome.

Close to airport

The room was very dark There was no phone in room Bathroom was dated and couldn’t have a proper shower as the head was spraying out water in all directions. We left at 4am in the morning to catch a flight and got the lift to the bottom floor and we couldn’t get to reception unless we went outside. We decided to go back up in the lift and had to walk along a corridor of rooms to take the stairs down. When we got to reception to checkout there was no one there. We rang the number provided and it kept going on to answering machine.

Loved the location of the hotel which is very close to the sea. Inside parking is convenient but you need to pay. Lots of parking on the street. Will miss breakfast. It was super. Very good.

We booked 2 nights with garden view. They gave us a room on the parking. When asked, they told me they don't have space which was very disappointing as they should informed me upon checking in. However, the day after gave me a garden view but had to move all staff. Also the hotel needs to take maintenance seriously. Seems all rooms needs some updating.

Lovely staff. Lovely views out to the sea. Lovely & relaxed experience loved dining looking out at the views.Food was lovely with loads of options

Busy during the day (Sunday) so reserve a table if eating & drinking. Needed more bar staff during the day to help with the busy periods
