Convenient and practical hotel for a short stay near Épernay, ideal if you just need a comfortable place to spend the night. The rooms are clean, cozy, and functional, and the window shutters help make the room properly dark, which is a real plus for sleeping well.The overall atmosphere is pleasant. Breakfast is available at the hotel, which is very convenient in the morning. Free parking is a real plus, especially if you’re traveling by car. Overall, good value for money for the area.Limited facilities - not a place to spend much time beyond sleeping, but for a simple and comfortable overnight stop, it works perfectly.

This was our third time. We really like it here. Jeremy our lizard had a lovely time. Even the sheets were clean this time.

This is motel type of a hotel. Good for a quick stop. We came to visit champagne producers so didn’t really cared about the hotel itself. If you are not spending too much time there, it’s a good option. Clean.

The staff on the desk were so lovely.We have stayed here lots and each time we come the staff are great.Easy place to take your dog as well.

- Location - hotel is in the middle of grapevine fields: just what you expect from such a trip; Hautevillers is just a 5min drive away- Parking - free and spacious: just what you need when carrying bottles- Peaceful - no sounds, perfect for resting

The room was clean and functional. The parking was a bonus. The location was quiet and out of town.

Unfortunately the restaurant was closed . Breakfast was advertised from 6.30 am , but was not served until 7.00 am. We had pre paid for breakfast but could partake as we had to leave by 7.00 am.

Bed was to hard and it was not wery clean, it needs an Update if we should stay more than one night

Good location close to city centre and shops. Comfortable temprature due to the airco.

Missing a frigobar. The bed was a bit hard.The facility needs some new painting and maintance on the outside

Breakfast was well organized and with ample options on the buffet

Dinner was not very good, most options contained meat (we prefer to eat vegetarian), and those without meat only consisted of cheese and pasta, or pizza without vegetables. No healthy choices available.

Bugs everywhere on the bed and on the floor my 4 year old daughter didn't want to sleep there because of the bugs

The room was clean and the air conditionning was working. There was hot and cold water from the shower. There was a TV in the room which allowed you to follow the olympic games as well. Overall, a decent stay.

The walls were paper thin which meant that you could hear everything that was going on outside the room or next door. Due to the location of the hotel, there were a lot of cars that drove by very fast and a couple of times they backfired which can wake you up in the early morning.

Stayed here before. Ignore the external appearance, it's a great place to stop for a night or two. Parking and restaurant on site. Comfy beds and quiet rooms with blackout blinds.

Did not have breakfast as evening meal was enough

Too far off motorway and not easy to find in fact we could not find it and a security guard on a site in epenay too us as we went round epinay at least 6 times, dizy not sign posted

Great location in the heart of the Champagne region, staff where very freindly, rooms were very clean and a very comfortable bed, Breakfast was great with a good choice, evening meal was good not a big menu but very good food.

Nothing to complain about, was a good stay.

Location close to Epernay

Old, run down facilities. Needs a major revamp. Shower in the room 52 was not working and when confronted with this issue at checkout, staff was rude and only offered a different room. Which is rather ridiculous at checkout.
