Comfort Aparthotel Divonne La Versoix

This is an off the main highway hotel with plenty of parking, adequate breakfast, nice room and shower and reasonable price. I would stay agian!

all ok no complaints

Good price

Need to me much cleaner, and they are some bad smell

Great location for dog owners. Nice stroll along the Versoix river just next door.

The underground parking was very tight. Needs two people and patience to get a Mazda 6 parked in any spot except a couple (and they were taken, obviously).

It had the essentials we needed outside of the things lacking in the kitchen.

Kitchen setup could be improved—no oven, mislabeled stove dials, and not very user-friendly. It was bit loud at times due to neighboring properties and is slightly out of the way, requiring a bit of a walk to the bus stop.

The location and the value of money

The hotel is located at residential area thus you need to have transportation mean and the apartments are old furniture. It is good for family whom wish to stay longer

Staff helpful. Light and clean apartment. Liked water cooler. Free parking

No air conditioning!!Kitchenette could have been better equipped.

location, equipments, balcony, nature

soynd of refrigirator

huge living roon and apartment was confortable.

we have 2 bodrooms, one was downstairs and the other upstairs, and it was super uncofortable since we have kids.

Very spacious and lovely comfy bedding, free parking on site. Sofa bed opens to two full size single beds, children very pleased they didn't have to share one "double" sofa bed

Kitchen and bath tap a bit wobbly. Microwave grill on kitchen shelving looked a bit unstable.

Hotel is old and already "depreciated". Pictures at booking.com show state from 10-20 years ago.

Location

Cleanliness, only one bathroom for 5 people, old facilities

balcony, mini kitchen in the room, silence ,

There is no hair dryer (20€ deposit) in the room and small mugs in the kitchen ☕️soap, shampoo are of poor quality and you have to press hard

Friendly staff

The bathroom drains smelled REALLY BAD the whole time we were there. Would have asked to change rooms, but we arrived minutes before staff left for the day at 7pm.The whole place smelled bad for our entire stay

Good location, value for money and provided all the basic amenities

A little more customer service

The area was nice and the location of the hotel as well. Very close to the market and the main street of Divonne.

We have booked 7 rooms (3 family and 4 doubles). At least 1 double and 1 family room had a very strong smell of cigarettes..

Value for money, clean.

The photos do not correspond with the real room, apparently they have different rooms in different buildings.

Perfect location near the beautiful lake. Reception staff Rina was a wonderful. She helped with all the information I needed during my visit to Geneva.

The worst property i have ever stayed

The service was just so rude and so bad i went with my disabled child and they just didnt care

Room was ok. Bed were confortable.

There was an unpleasant smell in the bathroom.

It's not how it looks..

Everything. The pictures must have been taken years ago, or are very well edited. The kitchen was very bad structured, small and very uncomfortable to cut and cook. The sofa-bed and the pillows were very hard, they left me back problems the next day... And the cleaning?? Horrible, there plates and glasses weren't properly cleaned.. We will never rent this place before.
