Spa was amazing- very warm water and great hydro massage. Only pity is there is no sauna , only hammam

Cut above the minimum in quality both food & accommodation. With parking for a larger vehicle!

A little nit-picking and it’s perhaps cultural. But milk and English tea in the room would have been great!

It was just perfect. We had a big family reunion. We had dinner booked on our arrival but our plane was delayed. The hotel waited and served us the perfect dinner. The mattress are the most comfortable I have ever slept on. I asked the hotel to give me details of the mattress but unfortunately I received no info as yet. Good peaceful location. Near the lake with nice walks. Close.enouh to the airport. On the whole a perfect hotel. I will definitely go back.

The restaurant was nice

Sadly the pool and spa were already closed by the time we arrived at 8:00 pm. We were hoping to use the spa after a long drive in cold.

Hotel is brand new, built with high quality. Wonderful spa. Very clean and stuff are extremely nice and helpful.

The staff were amazing and really helpful. The hotel is also in a great location and really family friendly

Nothing really but would have been good to have a fridge in the room so we could keep baby milk.

Not everything was working in the swimming pool.

Breakfast was good, plenty of choice. We enjoyed the swimming pool/jacuzzi. Our room also had a nice terrace with lounger sofas.

Our shower had a mind of its own, difficult not to soak the floor. Also it appeared we arrived at the end of the season so the hotel was quiet, however music turned off the bar at 10pm when we had not long ordered a drink which we thought was a little impolite.

Easy access, and lot of parking slots. Nice professionals a bit too friendly sometimes

- Mistake in our room type. We were upgraded but in the wrong room type meaning they needed to find a room with a king size bed and were in a terrible room near the elevator which made noise as if we were near a train station.- The spa was not fully operational. The pool’ jets were not working and obviously nothing was mentioned when booking, in addition to that the cleanliness of the infrastructure is poor. Several layers of dirt over the different modules of the spa very notorious when scraping the dirt it remains on your fingernail.- Breakfast had little variety. As being in France we were expecting to have good quality and different type of bread. Professionals were nice. - Hotel fully renovated very nice and cosy reception. - Bedroom wise, the bedding is very comfortable, however the sink is not sealed and I almost fell when washing my teeth. The flush of the suspended toilet comes out of the wall and leaves the placo visible. The finishing touches were missing in the washroom.During check out we warn the receptionist in charge of all these problems and no action was offer, other than saying sorry and suggesting us to call directly and not by booking in order to give us 15%, the icing on the cake, in short, a joke!Really disappointed we were really expecting to spend nice time in this hotel as it was our first time kid free.

Main part of the staff is excellent. Overall the hotel is nice. The spa is very good. The environment is relaxing. The chairs and bed close to the pool are very comfy with possibility to be in the shade or in the sun.

The pool + jacuzzi were very cold, the hammam spells weird. + The AC didn't work the last 2 days of my stay. I went to the restaurant by myself and wasn't served (30 mins waiting, then I left).

We arrived after 12am due to plane cancellation as many other people, and the staff was called in and helped us all. They got 50 rooms booked in about an hour as all planes got cancelled, and i can only imagine how difficult it must have been to rush and organise everything. The hotel looks very new or renovated recently. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, and the breakfast was really nice. We had access to a SPA but did not have time to enjoy it.

Stayed one night when our flights got canceled as all other accommodation was booked out. Got greeted by friendly and helpful staff despite the hectic situation (many other people in the same situation) in the middle of the night. Room was clean and comfortable. Would stay again

I don’t even know where to begin! What an amazing hotel with an equally amazing staff. Our flight had got cancelled and so we booked this hotel last minute. As soon as we got to the hotel, we were welcomed with such a pleasant lady. Our rooms were ready as well as our keys to our rooms; check-in was super quick. The rooms and hotel were immaculately clean, and it has a beautiful modern touch to it. We loved everything about the hotel and the rooms. Our flight was the next day at 9:25pm. When we told the hotel owner Julian at check-out time that we will stay in the hotel until later, he allowed us to have our rooms until we were ready to leave at 6:30pm with no extra charge. He was so hospitable, so understanding, and super super friendly. Thank you so much Julian and staff - you made our stay so comfortable and so pleasant that despite the disruption we faced with 3 cancelled flights over the course of 2 days, we left Geneva ever so happy after having met all of you, and luckily, chose such a beautiful hotel for our overnight stay. If we ever visit Geneva, we will 100% stay at this hotel.
