- The Madonna delle Nevi family & extended family (staff) are just so nice & friendly it was just like being part of their family. The facilities are great & the spa is fabulous! The food is exceptional & well presented. The location to the ski lift & ski hire shop is super close & lovely after a long day skiing!

- Dinners could be served earlier and not until 19:30 and usually ended at 21:00, very late...
- The room type 'comfort' is not the most comfortable: There are no shelves in the bathroom, no soap at the bide (the soap at the sink and shower is fixed), and not enough places to hang and dry the ski clothes. But this was the cheapest room type, so perhaps the other rooms are better.
