Good location for skiing. Excellent food and service.

Staff at breakfast and dinner time were super nice and friendly, super clean rooms and comfy beds

Terrible coffee Someone stole my rented ski gear and hotel staff didn't care, Ski room wasn't secure with no video surveillance and I ended up paying extra for the stolen gear :-( All TV channels only in Italian

Comfortable bed, lot of lockers in the room, charming bar nearby restaurant, ski room, and direct bus transport to ski station going there every 5 minutes.

Every night on the first floor a lot of children were running and shouting to each other on the corridor. It was difficult to get over because it was happening around 21.00-22.00.

The hotel is very beautiful and clean! You have hot water and the room is very warm! The breakfast is delicious and the staff are very polite and kind! I totally recommend it!! We will return for sure!

The staff, the food, the way I was greeted upon arrival... All those combined made me feel like home. I wish I could have stayed longer.

The staff was great. Outstanding. I would come back to this hotel just because of people working here. Also liked the spa. Daily transportation to and from the gondola.

I was not satisfied with the quality and price ratio of the dinner. Did not enjoy food the restaurant

Poor breakfast (a lot of sweetnes but lack of various dishes).

A nice location quiet. Room very clean and enough space. Evening meal was in the price although a little rushed was good quality. Safe parking for motorcycle at no charge. The staff were very helpful excellent.

Sound proofing can be improved. There’s a family with kid staying adjacent to our room and we can hear thumping and running. Not hotel’s fault.

Excellent location, very nice surround. The room was clean, good size for one night. The shower in the bathroom was a little bit small, but it is a small remark only. There was a wide range of food for breakfast. The staffs are extremly kind.

Hotel Derby has exceeded our expectations. Every single one of the staff was friendly, kind, helpful and made us feel welcome and appreciated. The wellness centre with different options was fantastic. Breakfast, dinner, everything well arranged. Good bed, hot shower, we had everything we needed.

Only thing I can think of is the numbering of the floors. 1-2-0-3 doesn't make any sense.

At the time of our visit, the hotel was full of families with young children who were most of the time very loud, running in the corridors, using the elevator just to entertain themselves and making the stay bit uncomfortable.

The hotel location is splendid.Only a few minutes walk to the gondola plus the hotel offers own transfer so you can literally get there in less than3 minutes. The staff are incredible, very polite and helpful, always smiling. Nice, large and well equipped ski room in the basement. The food is delicious, albeit more on the salty side. When requested, you can get some dishes for kids which aren’t on the menu which was a life saver for our fussy eaters ;)

The rooms are rather small. Of course in a location like that you spend very little time in the room, but for three it felt very crammed. The mattresses are very hard and unfortunately I found them rather uncomfortable, similar for the pillows.
