- we don't like that we need to pay for sauna and the spa and that not allowed to bring there either kids.
- The spa is crazy expensive, it doesn't make any sense compared to the prices of the area. If I would have checked the prices before I would have never booked my stay here.There were issues with the water temperature in the room, there was almost no hot water.

Clean, pretty, great new wellness and very friendly staff. And FOOD was over the top !!! I recommend :)

It's our second time in this hotel. We came here for skiing with car and this hotel exceeds our expectations. For the price you pay, you get tasty food, great atmosphere, wonderful Spa (extra pay, but worth it) and very clean and comfortable room. The breakfast is fresh and tasty. Dinner is great also (ordering through App the day before). The owners and staff are very helpful. The Spa area is brand new and very nice and clean. Easy to reach Daolasa ski lifts (by free shuttle bus) and Groste ski lift is 20 min by car.
Thank you for a wonderful stay. The accommodation is cozy, the staff very friendly and kind. Breakfast and dinner were amazing. There is a ski bus stop in front of the hotel.
