- Great location and excellent food. The spa facilities were good and all staff super friendly and helpful - a particular mention to our waiter Manuel who went over and beyond to assist us, and to Mr Corrado who was the perfect maitre d’hotel.
- Cozy place with genuinely lovely staff at the restaurant, spa, and the reception. A lot to choose from at breakfast and dinner. Nice massages. Walking distance to Folgarida gondola station. Smooth check-in and check-out.

- One of our daughters is vegetarian, and while she always had meal options, they often featured aubergines - which became very repetitive.
- The bromine used in the hot tub was too much for me, I couldn’t even stay in that area. But this could be a personal preference, as it seemed that other guests were fine with it.
- Price rate a little bit high respect to the standard
