Great SKI location, right close to Funivia, food in bar, dinner and breakfast were great, wine cart was quiet fine with so many optional to chooze a local wines.

The menu was not what was advertised on website ? big disappointment and we try to go for swim but it only open at 10am , why anyone that love swimming knows one goes before breakfast 7am
A real first-class breakfast. Breakfast was pure pleasure, very nice serving staff, and food is really, really good (I have seen a lot of hotel breakfasts around the world).Swimming pool area is really nice, highly recommed. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. my high recommendations.

The SPA was excellent. The staff at the breakfast/restaurant was excellent.
The breakfast was poor in terms of selection, especially on cakes and salty options (just eggs). The staff at the reception seemed always to be there by mistake. They seemed always busy in doing something else. They were always educated and polite but always very cold and never showed any empathy.

No inroom radiators, wet skiing clothes need to be taken to basement located heaters. Which in fact worked very well :) Very late dinner, serving starts only 19:30, that’s italian standard so need to take it as is :)

the staff is very friendly. they treated us like family here. the food was great. the spa was amazing. the bar was always a good time. they also would have live music. I have nothing negative to say about this place. also the ski slopes are walking distance.
