Absurd and expensive request of 30€/day for the dog and this was not notified before arrival (other hotels/b&bs in other towns requested 8/10€ per day);Restaurant was closed and we discovered it upon arrival; Dead Flies and bugs in the halls and stairs;No labels of the breakfast food (what it was, ingredients..);Espresso not included in the breakfast, we had to pay for it and nobody notified us about it beforehand.

Nice, big room and bathroom. It was clean and bright. Pearson working in a hotel is really nice and he gave us all the information we needed. Breakfast is also ok. The view from the terrace is great!It's very calm.

Everything was amazing! From the staff- Thomaz and the ladies were amazing- as well as the views from the apartment and location.

The location is beautiful! Breakfast on the patio was good and the staff were all very nice.

The room leeked water during bad weather. Also, there is no restaurant although so advertized. The breakfast was just bad.

Hotel Kozana is a perfect place to stay during your visit to Goriska Brda. It is located in a Beautiful area, within a walking distance from beautiful village Smartno. Our room was very comfortable and spacious, everything was clean. Staff was also very friendly. Included breakfast was very tasty.

Hotel looks quite old and does not really have a warm touch. Also the restaurant and bar was close and everything else was in smatno, therfore we would have preferred a hotel there. Price quite high for what you get

The bedrooms are simple but confortable and the bathrooms are clean with big showers. The view from the bedroom was amazing.Breakfast was good with a mix of fruit, eggs, cereal and cold/hot drinks. Staff is kind!

The hotel was such a nice surprise- extremly friendly staff, ready to serve us despite the late hours and/or our special culinary preferences; everything was very clean and very well maintained. Last but not least, great view! :)

very friendly young stuff, great location, the view was outstanding. excellent breakfast. the lady on the reception gave as a lot of suggestions what to do in Goriska Brda. great location for visit wineries and hiking trails. dogs are very welcome - we’ve been there with a labrador. highly recommend.

No table in the room, no bench/shelf in the bathroom,
