Amazing location! Nice room with a view. Lovely restaurant downstairs.

The location- at the lake, and an easy walk to the train station. The view from my room (I went with a lake view, was worth it!).I stayed for 3 nights and it was small but perfect for me with lots of luggage. Comfy bed, clean and simple bedroom and bathroom. I liked the breakfast. I could have written a novel from this room. The concierge was awesome. I’d love to stay here again.

The room could get hot and stuffy as it was summer, but the provided fan was heavy duty enough to make it comfortable.

The lobby does not have a warm feeling on arrival but you realise later that it suits the style of the hotel

The location directly on the lake shore is fabulous. The hotel is cosy, the rooms simple and modern. We had a balcony with a beautiful lake view.

Because of the heat outside, our room was very hot at night and the provided ventilator did not help much. Also, upon check-out, we were billed double for the room which had been pre-paid. While that can happen, it took the only available staff to serve breakfast and man the reception very long to figure out the invoicing & reimbursement. These things happen and it was resolved, but clearly many smaller hotels suffer from understaffing.

Staff were super friendly and very helpful. The restaurant food was super and the location was fabalous. Also very acomodating for the dogs.

The room was very warm so it would have been good to have a single sheet as well as the warm duvet.

Amazing small spot on Lake Geneva! Totally enjoyed our time with this crew of fun and welcoming staff. Highly recommend!

This is not unusual and ok for the price, but travelers should be aware that there is no a/c. A powerful table fan is provided, but it can only do so much in a heat wave.

the recently new owner has really upgraded what was a tired hotel. the situation is incomparable, as are the views of the lake, the Savoy Alps, the beautiful lake steamers calling at the jetty ….The staff are great, the rooms neat and clean, loads of sitting out or in areas, abundant trees for shade

The elevator goes only to the second floor; my room was on the third floor. The restaurant hostess wasn't very accommodating.

Hotel is located right on Lake Geneva and the walking paths along the lake. Room had an excellent view over the lake. Beds were so very comfortable, best beds of our whole trip. Had a nice dinner in the restaurant.

Beautiful small hotel at great location directly at the lake. Located in a small traditional village, easily reachable by train and car. Nice restaurant located in ground floor of building. Stunning views across lake Geneva. Bathing spots within 1-2 minute walk and landing pier of ships right in front of hotel.

The internet connection in the room was very unreliable and super slow. We often had to leave the room to establish connection in the lobby, which was super annoying. The hotel management needs to address this!Also, while there’s public parking around the hotel be aware that it is not free of charge. Also, the ‘Lavaux Card’, which offers free use of public transport in the Lausanne-Montreux area was not offered to us and we had to specifically request it the next day after reading about it. Finally, the room needs several small fixes. These are all small details but given the rate paid I would have expected better service. Nevertheless we would love to go back to this beautiful place and hotel!

Location, view from our bedroom (#21), very comfortable bed.

When we checked in, our bedroom floor was really dusty that when I used wer tissue to wipe the floor it became blackish. Other than this all is pevery well.

Location was great, close to Montreux for the jazz festival. Very quiet and close to lake, scenic views. Also 7b minute walk from the train station.

The view was fantastic, the room was very nice and the staff was extremely kind. Highly recommend the location and the venue.
