The location was fantastic! The hotel was located just in the central square of the town of Alaró, near restaurants and cafe/bars. Alaro also is an excellent place to stay in Mallorca if you don't want to stay in a touristy place. It has satisfying public means of transports. If you rent a car, as we did, the town is in the center of the island, so it can be a good base for your trip in order to discover the rest of Mallorca.I continue with the facilities! Everything was clean and tidy. The room was cleaned every day and it smelled super, it was also spacious enough and the bathroom too. The pool was also a positive side of the hotel!Even there was not a reception, the communication with the staff through booking app was perfect! They response quickly ald always available to help you!! The breakfast was superb! Variety of choices with local products!The beds, absolutely comfortable and smell like "home".Totally worth the money!

There are so little things we did not like.First of all the check in process with the machine, while you are tired from the trip, is a little confusing and it takes some time, Our room had not a balcony and it was difficult for us to dry our swimming wear. But the staff offered us the option to dry them for us in their drying machine!! So the problem solved!! It could be a second mirror in the room. There are two, but both in the bathroom!

breakfast was nice, town is cute but was very very quiet on a Monday-Wednesday in mid-June, with not too much opened. Room was also nice, big and had great AC.

no reception staff - no one to get local tips from; also the whole place felt really dead and empty, it was a little too quiet for us.

We absolutely loved our stay here. Apartment was spacious and clean with extremly comfortable bed. Contactless check-in was ok. There is a lovely swimming pool in the garden, which we unfortunately didn't use in January, but must be great in summer season. We could park the car in the backyard, which we appreciated. We had a lovely view from the apartment on the square where aare great restaurants just next to the hotel. We are comming back definitely. Thank you!

Beautiful property, room was not just ordinary clean, it was top notch clean (also daily cleaning was like super extra cleaning), spacious room, actually way nicer than in the pictures. Breakfast staff- thank you both, you are so dedicated and friendly! Breakfast is fresh and delicious. Parking- parking in secure spot, away from traffic is perfect.Everyone we met were very very nice and welcoming. We had a great stay!

Nice building, nice location and lovely little town. Comfortable temperature in Feb. Spacious, clean.

The in house restaurant was closed during our stay (in Feb). A little bit noise in the evening as its right next to a bar.

Breakfast was excellent, and the location of the hotel is superb. The centre of Alaro is quaint, and the surrounding scenery with access to mountain walks is idyllic. The local restaurants are fantastic. It was lovely to be out with the locals! We'll definitely be coming back here.

The hotel main restaurant was closed at the time we came. This wasn't an issue, but we hadn't been notified about this. Breakfast was still great.

Merged twin beds instead of a double bed, if I understood correctly, that was just temporary and we were unlucky.

Very big quiet room, very clean and comfortable.

Room a bit chilly at night as just couldn’t get heating to work, however there was a small fan heater, which was fine. The restaurant was closed as it is January, but we were not informed. It didn’t matter too much as there are other places in town.

Expected closed of bicycle parking option which turned out to be the generaal car park which reminders open at night for restaurant geesten. Solved by taking it to the room.

Beautiful clean and spacious rooms in the heart of Alaró, you could not be better positioned in the town. Whilst there isn’t a person on reception, the check in process and communication online was excellent. Breakfast was lovely fresh food and frequently replenished. Great value stay.

The pool felt it could be more clean, it put me off going in. On a weekend, the restaurant is very busy with seating out the back so many diners looking over the pool with children running around. The pool was a bonus so not the end of the world for us but it wasn’t ideal. Weekdays, I don’t think you would have this issue so much.

It was such a lovely place to stay in a beautiful town. Breakfast was great and it felt so clean and luxurious.

The days we were there, the pool area was surrounded by many customers in the restaurant. But this happened to be the times we wanted to use it in the afternoon.

Everything was perfect. Amazing little gem. Staff are wonderful great beds. Also the restaurant is lovely.

Breakfeast was perfect as well as the location in an amazing village so typical and easy to accesswith the real Mallorcan life style and the personel was top. The service is remarquable and they do the best for you.

This is a wonderful property in every way, its central location, beautiful bedroom and bathroom, most comfortable bed, high quality bed linen and towels, great security and the breakfast was delicious.

Great staff, nice poolside, clean and spacious rooms. Recommended!
