Just a few steps from the Abbey of St. Foi, a great location. Staff was very kind and helpful. The room is spacious, and the breakfast was very generous.

I don't have any complaints, but for the mobility challenged guest, you should know there is no elevator (and my room was on the 4th floor).

Friendly staff, location all good

Need a shower, not just bathtub and spray hose. At least a curtain and shower head that mounts on wall.

Poor man serving breakfast in the morning was alone and was overwhelmed. Help did come a little later though.

Disappointed with breakfast. The croissant was stall and the fruit was not fresh. The banana they gave me was black and rotten on one end. Very surprised they gave it to a guest.

Perfect location, lovely staff, good restaurant, clean, spacious

My room had a nice view, comfortable bed and a large bathroom. A friendly waiter who spoke English. The dinner was delicious.

Spacious, comfortable room with a lovely view of the Cathedral and mountains. We stayed two nights, and enjoyed dinner both nights in the restaurant. A huge plus was to be able to talk in Afrikaans with Neil. The staff is friendly and attentive and assisted us with our laundry.

We were lucky to have room 9 with two windows, one on the street with side view on the cathedral and one looking out over the mountains. One of the best views ever. Nice restaurant with great food (piece de boucher and homemade mousse au chocolat). Very busy but waitress had everything under control and very friendly.

The 3 stairs to the room were pretty steep after 35km of hiking from Estaing, but quickly forgotten once we opened the windows of our room and saw the views.

Such a lovely auberge with friendly and helpful people. Fabulous room with a very comfortable bed and a good balance of bed linen... not too hot, not too cold! It even had a bath. Perfect!

Perfect location, great little hotel in a very(!) old building, adjacent to the Abbatiale.

Understanding that it's a very old building in a village that's, more or less, one thousand years old, there is no elevator. For travelers with heavy luggage: it can be difficult to navigate the very small, circuitous stairwells to the upper floors and rooms.

Perfectly located next to The Abbatiale. Bar, restaurant and sale of souvenirs. Great staff.

No elevator if one has a lot of luggage. No curtain for shower in bathtub. Insufficient amount of light fixtures in rooms.

Wonderful location! Right in the town center and by the big church! The hotel has a good restaurant and bar too. The room has large windows which can look out town and church, room is big, bathroom is big too. The hotel price is good too. Highly recommend this hotel.

Location, staff

Wi Fi not good. They should better explain that you need to take a ticket to get a gate to raise to get to the hotel to drop off luggage as paid parking is a good distance away.

A lot of stairs to climb but it's an ancient building so a lift would not be feasible.

Close proximity to everything, but the village is very small so…The property did have great pillows!

The room did not look clean. There are no outlets near the bed, the rooms are noisy.

After 15 days of walking I was a little annoyed with having a fourth floor room with no elevator. However, the room I was assigned had the absolutely best view of the abbey church of St. Foy. Staff was very kind and moved my luggage for me. Food was great!
