Pros +
- The rooms are comfortable and the restaurant has a cosy atmosphere. The location was convenient for us to drive through Austria and Germany, the next day, to reach Alsace, on our way home to England.
- Not much, staff was friendly.
- I choose rhat place because of the long trip and the incoming bad weather. The food at restaurant was tasty
Cons -
- The only light in the room was from two bedside lamps, meaning that the rest of the room was dark, and I had to use a rechargeable lamp I carry with me to see the contents of my suitcase. It would be good to have some bright lights to light the entire room.
- This region seems to be pricey but I’m nonetheless struggling with accepting to pay 100€ a night for a hotel that looks like it has not been touched in at least two decades. Everything is outdated. Our room was facing the street which was brightly lit all night and the room did only have basically transparent curtains. The bed was not very comfy. The 20 year old hairdryer stopped working after 15 seconds.
- The amenity is old, the bed uncomfortable. There is a river attached the building amd the noices doesn't help in sleep better. The breakfast poor, restricted choice of fat free or vegetarian food.

The experience was fantastic. They were very kind. We arrived by bike in the afternoon, we were able to leave them guarded in a garage. The hostel is nice and clean. The room and bathroom were perfect. In the morning they served us a great breakfast.
In the centre of a small village. Free parking. Good restaurant.

It's very aged, this place had for sure a splendor time maybe 50 years ago. The street where it is located is high on traffic, and the door go the hotel sits.on a very narrow sidewalk (maybe 20cm?) making it very dangerous with so many incoming cars that are hard to see since the door stays on a curve. The room, hallway and whole hotel smelled like very strong fat/cooking oil in the evening, it was so strong that opening the window to the busy street didn't take out the smell
The atmosphere of a classical roadside inn, the good restaurant at the ground floor of the hotel, the good breakfast, the very helpful staff. Our room was small but cozy.
There is no lift as it is an old building (no problem with that) but the staircase is a bit dangerous (the handrail not at the right height).
Nice kind personel, good breakfast, good parking, close to highway
Okay for one night. You have the possibility to eat dinner.Location is quite okay at the Brenner
Blanket were too short for me (1.82).Simple breakfast
the breakfast was pretty ok
when you enter it smells like someone has been smoking all morning in there and was deepfrying things. everything looked like it was from the 1960's.
Gasthof Moarwirt met our needs well. It proved to be an easy-to-access hotel for a 1-overnight stay enroute to Italy. Our room was clean, spacious enough, and relatively quiet considering the hotel is on the main street through Colle Isarco. The breakfast buffet (cold) was plentiful with a wide range of choices. Hotel staff were pleasant/helpful. Parking was readily available. The wifi worked okay.
Hotel furnishings were dated but functional.

Small cozy family-run hotel. Breakfast is very rich and varied. You can feel the love for what they do
Price was great, room was clean, breakfast was fine
Beds sloped downward toward head (building is old, floors slope). Musty smoke-ish smell inside.
Small Pension near the Austrian border. There's a place to lock and charge your e-bike if you are doing a tour. Nice breakfast.
Nice quiet traditional alpine guest house. Friendly staff.

easy to find. good evening meal. good breakfast
quite tricky to access. no path outside front of hotel.
The structure is very welcoming. I stopped here for just one night, I was returning from Germany and the next step was the Ortisei so convenient as a location. Very good breakfast, and the staff was helpful. The room was small but cozy, the ensuite bathroom had everything you need.
Everything was fine at the hotel! If you are looking for an area with nightlife, however, I would opt for another location.
Classic Tyrolean room in an historic old inn. Great location in the center of town. Great classic Tyrolean food in the restaurant too, along with a great breakfast.
Central located ,with a good resturang and parkingplace.
