the hotel is run by third generation owners. the chef is the dad who cooks what he wants for dinner. there are only a couple of options for dinner. We had all three options and they were all great! When we arrived for dinner they had a table set just for

us we ate three main courses, then home maid Tiramisu then home maid lemonchello

Nothing- everything like I expected

Characterful typical Italian family-run hotel with good food, spacious outdoor areas. On the edge of a quiet mountain town but just 5 - 6 kilometres from the resort of Cogoleto. Easy to get to without a car BUT the last bus from Cogoleto outside peak season is 19:45 (there are later ones in peak season) and the taxis in Cogoleto sometimes finish about 19:00. Two other bar / restaurants in the town though one is not open every night.

Clean, comfortable rooms, very helpful and friendly staff. We were with the baby and the staff took care very well of us. Fair price

First of all: the hotel staff are very friendly and helpful. By my observation, the business is run by a family and they are very professionals.Room are very clean ( a bit small) the food excelent and the pool is big, just across the gate.

Just a bit far from highway

Lets just put it this way: If you only whant a bed to sleep in and don’t care about anything else this is the place

The picture are no were near what it actually looks like. The beds are wery old and squeeky and all of the furniture look like they came from 1990. We also had some bug or something in one of the bed and on the counter. We changed to way smaller room for one night that was much cleaner and felt a bit more renevated while they said they were fixing it. They didn’t offer us any discount how ever. The bathorrom door didn’t lock in any room

The pool was perfectly ok.

We were looking for a room with two separate regular beds for children. And we chose this hotel because it was in the description on booking.What a disappointment it was that what we got was a bunk bed instead. When we explained it to the staff at the reception, we got the answer that they don't know what to do. They don't know..We also got a bad smell in the room and old squeaky fans.Hand basin in the shower was without cold water.

Fantastic welcoming staff, beautiful location, clean, excellent Italian breakfast, parking on site.

nice small hotel 7 min drive from Cogoleto center, with parking. rooms are small but clean and comfy, balcony is a plus. you also have lots of tables to sit in the garden in the shade

No restaurants in town, minimal menu at hotel restaurant which was disappointing after an eight hour drive

Very spacious appartement in a quiet environment. To be accessed via a very small road with a lot of corners. Upto 10min from beach and town. Good be seen as positive and negative.

Everything was old, the furniture and all equipment. No good blinds for the windows.

This place was wonderful, Third generation family run hotel with an excellent restaurant. The chef cooks several options and that's what is for dinner that night. The night we dined there we were told a table was set up for us with bread and water at the table, We were first served thinly sliced veil with tuna sauce for the appetizer, then we were served pasta Bolognese and pesto. then it was a course of rabbit and pork with zucchini and eggplant fries. then dinner was finished off with home made tiramisu and home made limoncello

The room was fine and clean, no A/C (though there was a desk fan). Luckily it wasn't too hot. The Staff were great! Very friendly, fun and spoke good English. They kindly let me borrow an adaptor too.

The location isn't the greatest as you really need a car if you're going to stay there. No A/C could be a problem in hotter months.

Family-driven hotel, warm and welcoming atmospere not to mention out-of-this-world-service. Our host helped us booking a table for 17 persons on a saturday night with short notice. We hope to come back ❤️
