Comfortable room, full of facilities, good breakfast, great location
Location in the heart of the old town, secure parking, huge room, superb breakfast
Nothing, exceptional place
The breakfast
Directions and poor signage. we found the underground car park but didn’t find the hotel until we asked at another hotel !
Absolutely love this hotel. The quality of the rooms is fabulous and staff helpful & attentive.
Obviously work is going on around the hotel so there was tape everywhere which impacted the ambience. There was no outside lighting between the main building and our room which was dangerous.
Quiet and interesting historically. Room and beds comfortable.Restaurant excellent.
Austere. Very plain. Cold.
The Parador and its grounds were beautiful and made the most of its history as an old monastery dated back to the 15th century. It is close to the Plaza Mayor that has a rustic charm. The cafe and restaurant were very good.
A large table full of very loud business people who spoiled our evening meal because we couldn't talk without just about shouting at each other.
Location, historic building, dinner and excellent breakfast.
Everything was fine.
Of all the Paradors we have visited (C. Rodrigo, Zamora, Trujillo, Guadalupe) this is the best. They provide coffee and tea in the room, as well as water. The interior and exterior gardens are exceptionally beautiful and the location is very central. Parking is easy.

The rooms, the ambience with the garden was relaxing and beautiful
The restaurant was not up to the standard for a place like this
Beautifully restored monastery. Very centrally located. Excellent buffet breakfast.
Beautiful location with stunning trees and views
The reception staff were amazing but the waitress knocked my glass across the table when she put my even down and didn't apologise.
Room was very comfortable. very good breakfast but no option for proper tea and coffee was very strong.
Strong coffee Pool not open in the morning
Magnificent and magical at once, it is one of the most exquisite hotels I have been to. A maze of secret gardens, courtyards and terraces, this Parador never ceases to surprise its guests. Scent of jasmine fills the air and in the evenings, beautiful sounds of Spanish guitar accompany you for dinner, as the surprising tastes of local cuisine slowly unfold. I wish I could spend all summer swimming in the sunlit pool, reading under the canopy of colourful trees and being ever enchanted by the charm of Chinchón.
I liked everything!
Beautifully decorated, wide rooms, peaceful, nice gardens, live Spanish guitar while dining
No juice in minibar
Amazing location in a stunning little town just outside Madrid and one of the most picturesque I came across in a month in Spain. Beautiful building and gardens with lovely pool and very good breakfast. Parking available in the road outside so don't pay extra for hotel parking.
Nothing really
