Good price, good clean rooms

Ok staff

Dirty. First room reeked of cigarettes. Changed room and it was better, but both rooms had hair.and dirt around the bathroom. Beds were pretty worn out. TVs were messed up.

Everything was perfect. Location, cleanliness, staff attitude.

In room refrigerator would have been good to keep some food overnight. We missed that.

Nice room - perhaps some people might find the whole hotel a bit... well, stark? But I rather liked it - I chose to view it as an example of 'uncluttered minimalism'...

Nothing - it was all good. I suppose, if I were to be very picky, I would just mention that it would have been nice if the bar staff had been a bit less grumpy... After a long drive from Madrid, I walked into the bar at 3.59pm not realising (why would I?) that they were on the point of closing at 4... I only wanted a beer, so it was hardly going to eat into their siesta time. They gave me the beer but it was a shame they hadn't been a bit more welcoming - a particular shame because the rest of the staff were charming. Maybe they'd just had a bad day on the bar. Anyway, as a traveller, if that's the worst thing that happens in your day, it hasn't been such a bad day for you, has it?

The room smelled like a toilet. It doesn't matter that there is no fridge. It would be great if there was someone at the reception who spoke English. I think the people who gave this hotel 4 stars were very drunk and gave it 2 stars because they thought it was 4.

very clean, best value in my trip from Greece to Portugal. easy access, easy to find.

Location was by motorway so wasbgood for access ,staff were friendly ,room was clean.

Nothing to complain about I was only there one night .

Not worth it

The air conditioning didn’t work despite making loud noises. We had to leave the window open throughout the night, meaning bugs kept getting into the room. The location when copied and pasted in google brought us to a place about 8 minutes away by car. There’s nothing nearby. Not worth the money

the staff at the reception were not nice and the surrounding was absolutely devastating. Went for dinner and it seemed like a favela.

Really bad Hotell!!!

Receptionist was arrogant and could not speak a word English. Unpleasant smell in the bathroom from the pluming. Hard beds. Loud noise from some air system so difficult to sleep. Not worth the money at all. Really bad experience:(

It was very clean and comfortable. All the staff were very helpful and cheerful.

There wasn't anything that I didn't like. It was perfect.

did not have a cafe open at lunch time nor the restaurant for dinner

it was exactly what we needed and the room was very comfortable. there were no views as we were facing an interior terrace and no road sound. there was garage facility which was great.

no extra pillows in wardrobe.

But the room was very old, no fridge in the room. Bathroom tiles were broken.

The cafeteria doesn’t open until 8 am and it closes at 11 for breakfast. You can’t check in since 10 pm.
