Pros +
- We liked the location, it was right in the centre of Santa Fe, so everything was within walking distance including the bus stop for Granada. Rooms were clean and staff very friendly. Santa Fe was a historical and pretty town and we found it friendly there. Would definitely recommend.
- Nice location in the town very close to the bus stop
- The staff is very nice and the hotel is very cleaned. The rooms are confortable and the breakfast is great.
Cons -
- An electric kettle and a few tea bags or coffee sachets would be nice.
- Messy breakfast and too small premises for that
- Hard pillows. Cutlery knives that were difficult to hold and use.

Perfect location and clean, cozy rooms
Messy breakfast and too small premises for that
Excellent reception staff. Quick processing. Good room. Very good food - half-board.
Hard pillows. Cutlery knives that were difficult to hold and use.
Clean and comfortable place to stay. The staff were friendly and helpful. We stayed just one night, before taking a bus a few yards away to Granada city centre. Did not have breakfast, so cannot comment on that, or go on the roof terrace.
Clean, comfortable beds, good shower. Staff were friendly and restaurant was a bonus as not many restaurants around.
Breakfast was not that great. Little variety.
Great location. Spotlessly clean.
We were only there for one night and it was unfortunate that we were staying on a day when the hotel was catering for a large private function. Consequently, the staff were fully stretched so service was minimal (very slow and often no one available at reception for enquiries or the bar for coffee or drinks orders). The dining room was not open for us to have lunch or dinner, only snack options of sandwiches etc. and because it was out of season, hardly anywhere else in town open for us to eat. Would have been nice to have been forewarned of this when booking. However when the staff did have a moment to help/serve us, they were extremely friendly and accommodating so I think it was just an unlucky glitch. Maybe management might consider it worth employing extra staff for evenings when they have residents staying and a private function on.
Location
Amount of electric plug sockets were sparse. Lighting very low. Only one bedside cabinet by side of the bed
Passable. Not up to 4 star standard.
There were stranger hairs on one of the pillows. The shower drain was stuck and water overflow. I only shower once and stayed for one night so thought it’s a fuss to notify the staff to fix it. For the breakfast, I’ve had breakfast with more variety and same quality if not better at other 3 star hotel.
Great renovation work and very comfortable. Close to shops and restaurants.
Limited parking.
Value; location outside crazy Grenada
Checked us into a smoky room but they quickly gave me a few other options. Noisy room above busy street and smokers outside the restaurant.
A lovely hotel, very well located. You can find many restaurants close, by less then 5 minuts walk.
It would be great to have the choice between different pillow types, for me the pillow was very low. But of course this depends on each person. :)
The location was great. We stayed only one night as we flew out to Barcelona the next day.
The parking was hard to find due to a Festival going on. Otherwise it was great!
The male receptionist and the waiter in the restaurant were exceptionally friendly and helpful and made us feel welcomed. Hotel was comfortable.
Streets were a bit noisy over night
functioning heating system, central location, very good restaurant on the ground floor.
it would have been nice to have a water boiler and/or coffee maker in the room.
Easy to park car and get bus right outside hotel into granada.
Easy to find. Helpful and friendly staff.
Noisy. You will hear everything from the street. We had room 312, it was above restaurant. So it became silent only 1:30AM.Breakfast were poor. Scrambled eggs, eggs - cold. No baked eggs, 0 vegetables.
Place was easy to find.
The included breakfast was a toasted roll with butter, jam or olive oil with blended tomato. You order foods with the staff behind the counter however we didn't know what did they had available. Only the bread, coffee and freshly made orange juice was offered by staff. Parking was difficult. Had to park several blocks away from the hotel. No elevators.
Very nice hotel on a main street in Granada area in nice smaller city. Breakfast was ok, same goes for dinner. The room was comfortable enough. It is very easily accesable from the highway, if you have a car and don't want to park in narrow streets of Granada
