We didn’t have breakfast as we had an early start

The sign to the hotel isn’t visible from the road and the sat nav wasn’t very good at finding you We wish Ibis opened earlier for an evening meal as every time we have a very early start and want to get to bed early ready for next morning early start sometimes 5am

Clean, comfortable accessible room, excellent breakfast, great location.

Restaurant was closed for a function we were not informed when we booked only found out when arrived

We did not book breakfast this time as last time we stayed there everything was fine except breakfast kept running out of everything and took a long time to bring out more

Dig friendly and staff are very nice. We stay here 4 times a year when travelling to Spain.

Convenient. Has good EV chargers. Room was a reasonable size

The checking in. We arrived where we had stayed before and were told we were booked in at Ibis budget next door. We went there and paid and stayed. Now we are going to be charged a ‘no show’ charge which is crazy.

The room was comfortable including the bed. Good sound proofing. Window could be opened.

No lift. Small shower and no bath.

All of the staff were absolutely brilliant, from check in to restaurant to check out everyone was so helpful!!!

Access is not as easy as advertised but not too much of a drama, paying to get on and off the motorway is a drag, no fault of the hotel just a French toll road thing......

It was convenient traveling on the motorway, easy access. Clean and comfortable, nice and friendly staff.

Dinner in the restaurant was a little poor, not many choices and expensive. Found 9 euros for a small glass of wine and 4.70 for a Coca Cola to be excessive for a standard Ibis hotel.

Location, ambience, friendly helpful staff, food was good.

Location is ideal just off the motor way as we travel from Spain to the UK and break our journey up at Tours. The is a nice Fish restaurant within walking distance and a local bakers for a sandwich and coffee for the next days travelling. There is also a garage for fuel near the bakery. There is a small bar and the food is good. The rooms are a little bit small but comfortable for a one night stop over. The staff are accommodating and speak English.

My only negative is I do like a toilet brush as I like to leave the toilet as I found it

Some of the building structure tired. The cleaning was excellent - but sometimes it's the structure that matters (bathroom door frame rotting etc)

Small narrow twin beds, €9 for a tiny glass of red plonk France can do better.

Good size comfy bed, good wheelchair accessible room and very quiet, and a good breakfast

We think there should be a shower curtain on the room and tea and coffee facilities and the room

Comfortable hotel. Comfortable room. Nice pleasant staff. Good for an overnight stay. We were satisfied with our stay.

Limited menu for evening meal. Arrived for breakfast fairly late and there was not much food left. Enough to satisfy, but more choice would have been nice. Not so easy to find because of the 1 way systems

The scrambled eggs at breakfast were a bit suspect. Not sure what they were. But definitely not fresh eggs
