Very neat and clean, easy access to the pool and other facilities. Super nice staff, we were greeted and everything was explained about the hotel and where everything was located.

We loved the open patio and view from our room, the beautiful, large pool area, onsite parking, and walking distance to everywhere we wanted to go!

Great location with short walk to departing boat tours & 7 Hanging Valleys hike. Balcony with view of ocean & pool. Nice variety of breakfast foods. Frig in room. Pool with a bar. Convenient parking next to front door.

Bathroom is spacious enough & clean, but not the most modern.

Gotta know they require cash deposit for towels and also rental of the safety deposit box. Everything in cash. You lose the card you could lose your deposit. Older smaller rooms

The rooms are very tired and in need of a remodel. The beds are not comfortable and the pillows were lumpy. The AC is very loud and the rooms themselves are not sound proofed so you can hear everything in the hallways and I needed to wear ear plugs but I did not get good sleep. They didn’t give us towels one of the days and they tried to say we lost them and complained when I asked them bring them to us. They were extremely inflexible about late check out and we had to leave our bags in this completely open room not far from the hotel entrance where anyone can just grab any bag. We heard that someone’s backpack had been stolen from there but the staff denied this and did not care at all about the safety of the guests belongings. Do not leave any valuables there. My friends also stayed there and were not impressed.

Staff was nice enough but didn’t always show initiative or follow through. An instance of this is on opening our adjoining room. It was offered eagerly on their part. We said yes we want this. lady at desk said she can do it will do it did not go up and do it we had to call then wait 5 hrs for evening shift manager. This would have been so simple if lady went up unlocked door right when we got the offer and we confirmed we want this done. You know a client wants something done just do it follow through.

I liked the property because it was easy to get to and the people were very friendly and helpful.

The rooms are extremely dated and in need of an update. Beds were uncomfortable.

The hotel has a great pool and breakfast buffet. The bar at the pool had reasonable prices and made it easy to relax and stick around for the whole day. The location was great for getting to restaurants and the beach.

We arrived at 4pm on our arrival day and the room wasn’t ready (even though check in was 3pm). We were asked to wait a while in the lobby, which was not air conditioned, so we were very hot. The property advertises parking included, but they don’t regulate it so lots of other people park there during the day and your spot isn’t guaranteed. We were worried each time we left that we wouldn’t get a sport when we returned.

Ticks every box. Fantastic room on level 3 with deck and distant ocean view, great location, brilliant breakfast, huge pool complex, staff were helpful and friendly, easy on site parking.

One of the front desk staff, Pedro, was quite rude. Disregarded guests when approached at desk. Brushed us off to other worker each time we needed something. Replies were disrespectful to guests. Zero customer service…bad/snooty attitude.

The property was kept immaculately clean. The pool area was very nice. The breakfast room had a large variety of food to choose from. The rooms were spacious with a nice outdoor space. The location was a 10 minute walk to the Old Town. There were many restaurants close by.

During the blackout of April 28, 2025, the hotel had electricity, wifi and air conditioning in every room while the town was at a standstill. The pool area is very nice. The staff was outstanding except for one grouch at the reception area. Great location close to everything in town and in the Algarve region. Would stay here again.

Room was very small (not like the pics); the brand new refrigerator did not cool well; breakfast was the same every day and no coffee available before 8:00 am; only a hand shower in the tub with a thin curtain that wraps around your body every time you take a shower!

Hotel is lovely. I stayed about 10 years ago and I think it’s had a bit of a makeover. The rooms are a good size comfortable beds lovely balcony, air-conditioned and a nice bathroom. Breakfast nice and the staff could not be more helpful. A fabulous size outdoor pool also a small indoor pool enough for a few lengths early morning.

The staff! They were so kind helpful courteous and attentive! The breakfast had a very good selection and the staff were on it! Nicely located for easy walk to restaurants etc parking lot was handy too.

A bit noisy in rooms/hallways …. The place is clean comfortable albeit a bit dated / old school.

Nice breakfast buffet. Staff very friendly. Regular cleaning of room, fresh towels etc. Stayed when weather very changeable so it was lovely to have heated indoor pool. Great location along street where there are many restaurants to choose from!
