Everything really. The staff were all exceptional - friendly, professional, really helpful. The hotel is beautiful and very well appointed; excellent bathroom. We were there at a very busy time of year (end August) but it did not feel overly busy.

There is an odd smell from the toilet. Check in took some time to wait.

The location is unbeatable. We unfortunately felt like a number at this hotel. We paid for a sea view room but got a room on the 2nd level, way off to one side so most of our view was of the pool. We weren¿t there to spend time at the pool.

Refurbishment works on pool deck & terrace of the restaurant & breakfast place.

The staff was friendly and always helpful. The rooms were clean. The food was excellent.

I love the location and the views from our room. It’s close to town and to the beach.

Our room 410 was underneath the restaurant and I was woken up at 7am by what it sounded like thunder but it was the chairs being dragged around. Also it is hard to operate the air conditioner. And there are not enough chairs in the shade by the pool so we ended up using the indoor pool.

By far the best hotel we stayed during this whole trip to Spain and Portugal, breakfast is wonderful and also the service. We had a first floor room with terrace, pool and ocean view, absolutely stunning. Parking is a breeze and free.

If anything, a little pricey. And no longer has it’s own private beach, the walkway was sealed off.

We had a Superior room that was surprisingly large. We didn't choose a room with a sea view or terrace because we were only staying for one night in December and we were pleased with our choice. The staff were exceedingly friendly and the breakfast was good. We had an excellent meal at the hotel restaurant "One".

The extractor fan in our bathroom didn't seem to work.

Beautiful location. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. The facilities were clean and comfortable. Great location, within easy walking distance of everything we needed.

Breakfast was very good and our room was clean and comfortable.

Indoor pool was cold with cold jacuzzi which was really poor since this was one of the reason we chose the hotel, given the weather forecast. Weather was poor, which was not hotels fault but water came into room under the patio doors and soaked the floor. Tried to book the Buffet dinner restaurant on 2 consecutive days, as early as 13.15 and told both times that it was “full”. If there is a buffet restaurant it should be able to cater for all guests, especially when the hotel was not fully booked.No access to beach or walkways and these were gated off and locked but no mention of this at time of booking. Sky bar and other bars closed, as I assume is policy off season but not a lot else on offer.

We had terrible weather, but once I could see the ocean from our terrace, it was glorious.
