The location of the hotel is a little more secluded than we were hoping for.

Beautiful and spacious accommodations. The pool, spa and grounds were wonderful. Staff were welcoming and helpful.

Everything was more than perfect! Our stay was absolutely perfect from start to finish. The hotel was exceptionally clean and well-organized, which immediately made us feel comfortable and at ease. The atmosphere was calm and relaxing with good vibe and energy — exactly what we were looking for.The breakfast another highlight of our visit. Healthy food.. Every meal was delicious, fresh, and well-prepared. The staff were attentive and friendly without being intrusive, adding to the overall chill vibe of the place.We couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Highly recommend this hotel if you’re looking for a spotless, relaxing stay with great food and excellent service.

Acts like resort but not really a resort. A holiday home collection with average to low facilities.

Sossego, tranquilidade, espaço , piscina exterior, piscina interior, jacuzzi.Muita simpatia e cuidado por parte do staff.Adorei as bolachas de boas vindas que deixaram no apartamento.

Beautiful big rooms. Clean and bright. Loads of wardrobe space. Friendly and helpful staff. Tasty breakfast. Comfy beds.

Accomodations were superb. Facilties were also great including both pools....

Sauna was not hot. Jacuzzi broken. Gym equipment was decent but one of the two treadmills broken. Mostly disappointed with quality of food at dinner and service. Kids food was garbage. Totally recooked chicken nuggets. Potato gratin was burnt. Service was poor enough havito ask 2-3 times for certain things.

We love the peace and tranquility. The location is excellent as it’s near enough to places to visit but set in the heart of the countryside. The gardens are lovely and our apartment was very private. We were extremely delighted to be given an upgrade to a deluxe apartment which was fantastic as we stayed for nearly three weeks. The apartment was very comfortable and we loved the fact that you could opt out of having the apartment refreshed everyday. It’s really not essential and it’s definitely a brilliant idea. This was our fifth visit and certainly won’t be our last.

The exterior of the apartments could do with fresh paint.

Lovely relaxing resort with pleasant facilities and excellent staff. The rooms are bigger than expected and the grounds are beautifully maintained. Food and atmosphere were both great.

Met all of our expectations, although don't rent the tennis facilities after rain unless you brought waders rather than tennis shoes!

The beds need an overhaul, old sprung mattresses with toppers on does not make for a comfortable sleep. Also, when an outside pool is advertised as all year, when it’s outside, then it must be heated or it’s like saying the pond is available all year if you fancy a quick dip

Phenomenal location, very tucked away so we could leave our blinds open without neighbors looking in but still close to town. Staff was very kind and attentive.

Nice location and weather.

Restaurant:Service in the restaurant was very poor. We waited twenty minutes simply to order drinks, then another ten to receive them.Flash to bang on food was even worse, about an hour to bring out the food after we had ordered.We were told on arrival there was no children's dinner menu as there was a special menu that day, while our friends arriving on the same day we're offered a children's menu. If I were being cynical I would guess that this was because our friends had dinner included in their rate, and the children's menu cost less.In the morning I had to go out and I was going to arrive a few minutes after breakfast service finished, so while my wife was having breakfast she asked to take a plate of food to our suite so that I could eat it when I got back. She was told that this was against hotel policy so I went hungry. I relayed this to reception who agreed it wasn't good enough but then simply shrugged.Electric car charging:Great that they offer this facility but it needs some managing as the current free-for-all means that people hog it. We saw the same car sat plugged in for 24 hours so had to leave without charging ourselves.

Quiet and relaxed. Good breakfast. Staff were exceptional, rooms were comfortable and property is centrally located to all types of services

Very nice spacious villa. Nice well-kept garden and swimming pools.Very nice and committed service, we felt taken care of and welcomed. They took care of every our need.

It was a little cold in the villas and the heating didn't manage to warm up the space.Only after lighting in the fireplace (which costs an additional 40 euros) it became warm.After that we could fully enjoy this place

Very nice apartment- leading to the garden - it was very nice but grass needed tending - lots of weeds but appreciate it’s the winter. Buffet breakfast was excellent- had that 1 day / other days were served to table - staff were very friendly & efficient… used indoor pool & it was great but changing rooms had very limited space - ok off season but wouldn’t like to see it anyway busy .. but overall a nice venue…

really good value for money - upgrade to spacious apartment, half board and gym/spa included, cute balloon entertainment on Xmas day, great location for exploring, freshly made to order omelettes at breakfast

they placed us in an apartment overlooking park areas but with young kids this meant a lack of privacy and we couldn't safely let them play out enjoying the grounds, most nights the food was the wrong order or Luke warm, we hated complaining as staff were so lovely and trying hard to please but no one wants cold mash or undercooked cod! 25 euros to hire tennis rackets, it's not included - though gym and spa (quite tired, the sauna especially) was included

We liked the apartment very much and was very glad you see the recycling bin with the compost .

The did not care for the pool and hot tub facilities. It was not very well maintained. And we had breakfast the last day of our stay and honestly for €70.00 everything was very dry and not very tasty. We were very disappointed.
