Coffee is terrible

Excellent way to start our 2 week vacation in Portugal! So fun and relaxing in the Algarve. Loved this property and driving around all the towns to check out the coastal attractions. Btw the food and wine in this region were great! The breakfast was so good.

Wonderful location close to beaches and cliffs. Wonderful, huge pool, perfect for swimming and exercise even if it was cold! That’s typical. Great bar at the pool, nice snacks menu. Cold local beer on tap. Very comfortable rooms. Great breakfast buffet.

The property is clean and staff friendly. It is centrally located within walking distance to local restaurants. The only dislike was the fact that the room has no windows allowing no air in the room when sleeping.

Great bedrooms, very comfortable beds, small kitchen well equipped, very clean and spacious bathrooms. Enjoyed the very well equipped gym and the sauna and steam bath were great as well! Very quiet and relaxing all around

Breakfast choices could have been a bit better, with more local fresh products.

The hotel is a 10-15 minute walk to the Praia grande beach and bars and another few minutes to the restaurants in the square. The grounds are beautifully kept and the rooms clean and functional. Love you have a fridge and a kettle! We were greeted at breakfast by the lovely friendly Marco who was super kind to everyone and explained how breakfast works. It was buffet style with enough variety for most palettes, we didn’t eat in the other restaurants so can’t comment. We’ve always air only stayed 2 nights but all in all a great stay.

The friendlyness of the staff was a big comfort at reception. All was explained very well and we had acsess to everything. The breakfast was very good. We had a great time. Thank you to all staff and the passionate owner for having such a beautifull place.

The restaurant food was amazing, the staff were great too. Very impressed with the room and quality of the pillows and mattress. Very clean shower and bathroom.

This is a beautiful hotel with an excellent restaurant. We loved the patio outside our door, even though we didn’t use it much because the weather was a little cool. Same can be said for the pool, which was cold (we were there the end of February!). The bed was comfy, pillows were great, and the staff were particularly helpful. Parking was outside, but felt secure.

The bathroom was ridiculously small.The location is a bit far from the beach and Ferragudo, but if you have a car, it shouldn’t be a problem.

The room was just as described in the description and pictures, clean and with all the commodities, the staff was super nice and available.Breakfast was very good and the place is super quiet, perfect to disconnect a bit but still close enough to the beaches and the city (by car of course).

Beds & pillows were excellent, nice spacious bathroom, clean facilities. Rooms seemed to be almost brand new. Closet space was fantastic. Truly the space is well thought out.

The lack of restaurants open during our stay, the fact that we asked to be relocated to a pool view and even agreed to pay for it and still weren’t given a pool view. The hotel staff seemed to be unaware of any local open restaurants and did not give us much guidance on booking spa appointments or nearby things to do. In fairness they were on the midst of being bought by another company so this probably contributed.As a light sleeper I found all the glow in the dark emergency stickers annoying. We had a check in clerk who seemed to be new and was less helpful than we have had at most hotels in Portugal. Rooms lacked a coffee maker which was disappointing.

A comfortable and cozy place in Ferragudo. Great breakfast. Easy to park and reach everything by car.
