Apartment with beautiful views located on the first floor near the street. It was very uncomfortable sitting on the terrace in evening and all the people watching you. If you want book appointment with the beautiful view, ask 2 floor.

During our stay, we noticed that my sister was getting bitten at night. The bites were clustered and not like mosquito bites (see her arm in the photo). A pharmacist confirmed that bed bugs were the likely cause and prescribed antihistamines and topical cream.We immediately informed hotel reception and requested a room change and that our clothes be washed and dried at high heat. The receptionist initially refused a room change, offering only a free cocktail. After I insisted, we were finally moved to a new room later that day. However, she denied our request to wash clothes, provide plastic bags for safe handling of possibly infested items, and refused to have the room inspected by hotel staff or pest control. Upon moving, we personally inspected the new room and found: bed bug faecal stains near the bedside table drawer and dead insects on the kitchen table. We reported this immediately, but the hotel’s response was to send a cleaner to wipe the faecal stains with toilet paper. We were denied another room change, refused pest control or medical assistance, and told we could not use the laundry facilities after 7 PM (even for urgent drying).The next morning, we spoke with the manager, who dismissed our concerns, claiming that their laundry process kills bed bugs and that the bites were likely from “something else.” He said he would only believe us if we caught a live bed bug, which is an unreasonable expectation for guests without proper tools or training. He again refused our request for help and only allowed us to use the paid self-service laundry, which cost us approximately 50 euros to wash and dry all our clothes in five loads.Due to the situation, we checked out early on Monday, June 9th. The hotel manager refused any refund and told us to contact Booking.com.

I couldn’t recommend this hotel highly enough! After friends of ours had been earlier in the year we had high expectations and we weren’t disappointed! Stunning sea views, 5 minute walk to Cala Agulla, 15 minute walk to the port, perfect pool for our young family, great restaurants right outside the hotel (highly recommend El Gaucho), attentive staff and super clean, it really ticked all our boxes!

The breakfast was a bit limited in the choice. The kids club was not very appealing to my daughter. It would have been nice to see have coffee in the room.

I do stay in this hotel every year and I love it, staff is like a family, location is perfect for my needs and rooms and breakfast are good for the price I would say :)

Amazing hotel, definitely deserves more than 4 star. Service was excellent, special shout out to Toni at the front desk who was extremely helpful and polite. The best buffet breakfast and dinner I have ever had - sooo generous and fresh, thank you chefs! Would recommend to everyone.

Couldn’t fault a thing

The location is great! Close to 2 calas: sand beach Agula (10-12 min walk) and stone bay Lliteras (2 min walk from the pool); good restaurents nearby, 15 minutes relaxed walk to the port; 10 minutes walk to Eroski supermaket. The hotel is really quiet, there were always emty sunbeds near pool. Lifeguard was also on duty which is good for familes with kids. My sister had a great massage at SPA (really recommend).Toni gave us very good rooms with the view to Cala Lliteras! We were pleased to be heard and got quiet rooms. Thank you, Toni! All receptionists were friendly and nice!I think I would return to this hotel next time!

1. Hoгsekeepers and cleaning. Cleaner ladies are rude, never smile. Cleaning is really poorly done. When we checked-in everything looked clean. But the cleaning was terrible while we had been living there . also, they do not wash your dishes, but in the same time there were no products to wash disches by yourself. 2. You can't buy cup of coffee during breakfest without buying breakfest at the hotel. 3. Kitchen poorly equipped.

The hotel is quite small, there is no huge crowds, there is no problem with finding an empty pool sunbed at 10am. The staff is generally friendly and helpful. The location is really nice - great views, 10 minute walk to a really nice sandy beach, away from the busiest part of town, but not far.The food was really good with wide variety of choice and thematic nights.

The cleaning staff would always give us wrong number of towels, throw things randomly around the room, etc, but it was clean. You need to go yourself to get more shower gel, etc if it runs out. There is no hotel parking, though you can park for free in the town and usually it's not more than a 5 minute walk to the hotel. The kids club was almost non-existent, the person running it barely speaks any english and often refused to run activities as only 1 or 2 kids showed up (no wonder so few if it did not work well)

Perfect quiet location on the seaside. Food is extra delicious, especially dinners! I highly recommend buying half-board. Rooms are clean and well-equipped. The room facing the sea is very quiet, the view is amazing. Staff is always helpful. Perfect decision for families.P.S. They have late dinners and early breakfasts for guests who are arriving late and leaving early, and this is perfect?You feel welcomed here every second of your stay!I am very selective about accommodation, but this hotel is a perfect match for me ❤️Many thanks to the hotel's management and all the staff ?

Its a very cozy and clean hotel, near the beach. Great, large rooms. Everything is spectacularly clean and hotel is quiet and calm.

The Staff in all areas very friendly. Breakfast is really great value for money.

The beds were rather uncomfortable. Also the water didn’t drain well in the basin in our room. It was only fixed upon a second request, although a techniker came the first time around, the water was still not draining. During our visit there, the other guests (opposite from room 259) were so loud, that my grandchild struggled to sleep.

It was very clean, great facilities, beautiful sea view, good location to calla agulla beach and to cala rajada. I liked that people didn’t leave their towels on the sun loungers when they weren’t using them which made the sun loungers accessible to everybody.

There was no dish cloth, fairy liquid or dish drying rack provided in the apartment. It’s not eco friendly for each guest to have to buy their own fairy liquid and dish cloths and leave them behind at the end of each stay, these should be provided to enable guests to keep their kitchen clean as the cleaner didn’t wipe down the surfaces in the kitchen.

Very poor

Not a fan of making review but this time this one deserves one.First suggestion if they offer you the room 102 avoid it,room probably reserved for handicap people because inside the bathroom there was some utilities for them without any box of the shower or even a bath,it was only with a curtain so all the water gone around plus it was without any windows so it was impossible creating a circulation of air.Now the big point,from the first step that we made inside our room there was a strong smell of cellar and humidity and this created problem with the sleep,not a comfortable stay in the room but the huge problem was that this humidity created some MOLD on our clothes!

Cleanliness, smells in the foyer, staff remembered us from previous stay, room was perfectly suited, views and balcony.

I'd only be picking to find fault with this hotel, its classy as it is, but it is very quiet and lacks good music, guided activities, entertainment.

Close to the Agulla beach and many restaurants around. Very friendly Pool bar staff and many supportive people in general!Checkout was super great at the spa.I recommend rent some bicycles , where the reception support me as well.
