Hotel Na Taconera Sport & Relax

The breakfast was good, plenty of different food. Some staff were great, those higher in rank mostly not.

It took about six days to sort out the difficulties we had because the air condition and internet were broken in our booked junior suite.

The staff were extremely friendly and attentive, and both the service and the quality of the food at the restaurant were excellent.

The A/C didn’t work properly in one of the rooms, and the other lacked a shower screen or door. We had requested a double bed when booking, but received a room with two single beds pushed together instead.

Fab breakfast. Took bed and breakfast option. Clean, rooms cleaned daily and nice touches, pj's folded and put under pillows.

In a lovely setting. Grounds and rooms well maintained staff efficient and friendly. Clearfocus on providing a good holiday experiencefor visitors. Relaxed ambience. Food variedand of good quality.

The hotel is generally nice, and the staff are very friendly!

In the description of the room for three persons it is written 3 beds; however, one of the beds is a low quality couch not even a sofa bed! We had to discuss and wait two hours until we could get a room with three real beds.

where to start don't really know but let's start from spotless clean rooms, with great view, staff very friendly and helpful, food very delicious, lots of food to chose from, and everyday you can try something new in the menu, it's was short break but very pleasant stay at beautiful Hotel Na Tocanera

Mattress was poor, rooms small and noise on the 2nd floor from the canteen was unbearable after 7am. Small bed for an adult.

The rooms were very good, but the most important part was the staff, they were fantastic especially the receptionists and the staff at the tennis club

House keeping came every day. The areas were clean and tidy. Pool area was pretty. Rooms were well presented

The food wasn’t great. But we were only B&B as we like to eat out. We only ate in restaurant once for breakfast- it was ok, but there are better places locally. Recommend going for B&B or room only.

The staff were kind and very accommodating when adding an extra person to my room at the last minute. The hotel is very beautiful and in an ideal location where a beach is within walking distance as well as several restaurants. The breakfast was delicious and we couldn’t have asked for a better hotel to spend our time in Mallorca.

The air conditioning in the room was on all the time and it was very cold. Wi-Fi in the room did not work at all.

This hotel has the most polite, kind, nice and helpful staff you can ever expect. Let alone the hotel itself, that with this "cheap" price offers you a beautiful infrastructure, nice and confortable rooms, rich and tasty breakfast and dinner, everything you need, but the staff is just wonderful!After 2 days we knew all their names and they did more that I could ever imagine even when my wife got fever because of sunburn. They were just wonderful. Ana, the wonderful girl at the restaurant, Toño, a great and nice waiter there, Oliver, the manager, are just three of all the nice people we met there among the staff that helped us enjoy such a nice holiday. All the rest of the staff has been nice and great too.I honestly can't comprehend bad reviews to this hotel, but I have my theory. Often, people expect something that they can't receive (somebody in some review talked about expecting "free tennis", for example). When they don't get it, they get mad and start noticing every little detail which isn't perfect or maybe even start saying that the staff is impolite, because it didn't give them what they wanted.Really, this hotel staff does everything they can to make us have a pleasant stay. They surely managed with us.I want to thank all of them and i'll surely come back here in this hotel in the future!

Staff at the reception was great! At the end of the trip we had to check out around 12, but the flight back we had was around 22. So the guy at the reception desk offered us to prolong the room till whenever we want only for 30€!

The cleaning was not great, but was ok. No tea pot or even glasses in the room.Breakfast was usual. No seafood, everyday is the the same thing.

The rooms were very basic - no toiletries etc. We were miles from reception - 4 staircase 2 lifts - terrible with suitcases. No food available at the bar at all.

Lift access poor from lobby. Room decor slightly outdated. No tea making facilities in rooms.

Slightly musty smell in sitting-room beside the bar area.Upholstery there may require to be cleaned at end of the season!
