The hotel is beautifully presented. The rooms are very well designed and laid out. Staff were v attentive but unintrusive which is nice. Restaurant is great. Its in a quiet village which we enjoyed.

On arrival it is difficult to know where the entrance is and there was no help with luggage. We didn't really mind and this was really a small detractor.

Excellent location . Walking distance to the town Capdepera where you can find restaurants & bars. The room was fantastic. Spacious, very comfortable, great balcony. Breakfast was great! The hotel parking was big and very convenient. Service was friendly and helpful.We stayed 3 nights and did roadtrips during the day to the south east and the north of the island . Had a great night sleep in the room .

The hotel is located in a small village, it was quiet, and beautiful. The whole hotel is a work of art along with the food in the restaurant. This is a very special place. We have already booked our next stay

The historic building has been beautifully converted into a hotel with striking designs. The bedroom is excellent with a most comfortable bed. Breakfast choice was extensive.

I had a fantastic stay at the hotel. From the moment I arrived, the staff’s warm and friendly welcome made me feel right at home. The hotel itself is a masterpiece, with artwork in every corner that adds to the unique charm and ambiance. My room has a large patio with a recline bike as well. It was cozy and clean, and the bedding and towels were incredibly soft—such a nice touch for a comfortable stay.I also enjoyed the indoor heated pool and sauna, perfect for a relaxing day inside. The outdoor pool offered stunning views overlooking a nearby castle—such a magical experience, especially at sunset.If you’re looking for a blend of comfort, style, and great service in Majorca, this hotel is a must-stay. I can’t wait to return!

The architecture and interior decor of the building was beautiful. The view from the outdoor pool is excellent and the staff are both friendly and helpful. All areas were clean and beautifully maintained. We enjoyed being able to access the spa area until 9pm and that breakfast was served until 11am. The atmosphere was calm and relaxing, our room was spacious and well thought out.

Very few restaurants in walking distance so options are limited for supper outside the hotel. Breakfast was limited to omelettes or crepes which was disappointing, we hoped there would be avocado toast/acai bowls/porridge etc. Staff were not present in the spa area to discuss treatments and the hotel would benefit from a gym/fitness suite and/or an update to the spa. The spa windows were constantly open so there was a lot of noise from passing traffic on the adjacent road. There is a small pool, small jacuzzi (4 people max) and a sauna only in the spa area.

This is a gem and exceeded our expectations. Key point is amazing value for money. This is a very high quality, pristinely clean, well-maintained and extremely cosy and atmospheric place with very good hospitality and services. You will love the food at the hotel's restaurant and the staff there. The hotel administration staff and the manager are great and super helpful as well (ask for travel tips and activity recommendations). It feels like a five star place (with a cosy and very nice spa to boot; try the massages as well, they are great). We ended up extending our stay multiple times; no regrets. Already looking forward to returning here.

Because the forest is so close there are a lot of insects around the property all the time.

This is a peaceful hotel set in a historic building, the building was fascinating in itself. We had a junior suite with a balcony that was located on the northwest corner of the building and gave us a wonderful view over the town, up to the castle, and the surrounding landscape. The room was generous and comfortable with high tech controls for lighting etc. We ate in the hotel one night, the restaurant menu was sophisticated and very good, but a bit expensive. The town is within close walking distance and offers easy to reach alternative restaurant choices. Breakfast was included, again this was very good with plenty of choice; eating it on the outside terrace with extensive inland views was particularly enjoyable.

We stayed in 3 hotels in Mallorca for 11 days and if we had to choose the one with best price/quality ratio it would be this one. The view from the pool is amazing. The design of the hotel itself is spectacular. Staff is very friendly. Breakfast offers everything you might need. The location is also perfect if you want to eat out in the evening, explore the nearby villages or beaches with a car.

The outsider pool needs to be fixed, as the floor is peeling off. Otherwise nothing I could think of.

This hotel was absolutely amazing. An expertly renovated previous nunnery. All the staff including the manager Antonio could not do enough for you. We had a beautiful room overlooking the mountains. Breakfast was served on the terrace and tasted delicious. Pool hosted beautiful views and such a relaxing experience. We attended the restaurant one evening and everything was perfect. Beautiful food, expertly made cocktails and fantastic service. The artwork around the hotel deserves your undivided attention as you wander around this beautiful hotel. We also enjoyed the spa, sauna and the super relaxing indoor pool. The surrounding village is quiet but hosts some lovely restaurants set in a beautiful square lined with plain trees and gorgeous little shops to browse in. We enjoyed the little local market on the Wednesday. The near port of Ratjada is very lively, with some nice restaurants - only a 10 minute drive/ taxi. Some beautiful beaches only a short drive away with. Crystal clear waters, beach bars etc.An absolute dream of a hotel worth every penny - we will be back.

The hotel is really beautiful. As soon as you enter, the smell is so inviting and relaxing. The place is decorated so beautifully, and you really feel relaxed by the surroundings. The pool area was lovely and chilled. Even though the place was fully booked, you felt a sense of privacy throughout your stay. The rooms were decorated really well and also very relaxing. Breakfast was included and had a great variety. The staff were extremely friendly, especially Svetlanna, who was so helpful.

The restaurant food was nice and the staff were lovely but I think it was a bit overpriced for lunch/dinner. It would have been nice to have a full length mirror in the room.

The hotel was great, not very busy and big, which we prefer. Parking is located right next to the hotel. The room was very spacious and the bed was also big and very comfortable. As an allergic person, I had no problem in this hotel ?. The common spaces are beautiful and clean. The pool was nice with access to complimentary cold water and also with pool service to order anything to drink and eat. The hotel manager Antonio was very helpful and kind.

The breakfast selection could be a bit better. But there is also an ala carte option to choose from. The TV in the room is not smart.
