Pleta de Mar, Luxury Hotel by Nature - Adults Only

The property is beautifully landscaped, creating the feeling of being immersed in a private garden. The atmosphere was both exclusive and tranquil, with friendly staff who added to the welcoming environment. Our room was spotless and thoughtfully designed, featuring a comfortable soaking tub and an indoor-outdoor rain shower, which was a standout detail.Guests can choose from several pools, each offering a relaxing setting. Breakfast was excellent, with a wide variety and high-quality selections. While the lunch smash burger was priced at €30, it was exceptionally flavorful and worth noting as a memorable dish.

Areas for Improvement:It would be helpful to have a way to signal housekeeping when guests prefer not to be disturbed. Most hotels provide a “Do Not Disturb” sign or similar option, but we did not see one available here.During our second dinner, there were quite a few insects in the dining area. Unfortunately, my wife was bitten several times, which led to noticeable swelling and blistering. While it’s understandable that bugs are part of a tropical environment, additional measures to mitigate their presence around dining spaces would significantly improve the experience.

Everything was great! I rarely write any review for hotels but my husband and I really enjoyed our stay at the hotel. Overall service was amazing, food was excellent and service at the restaurants was michelin-level with amuse-bouche and petit four even we ordered a la carte; the property is beautiful with great facilities; breakfast was the best we had among all the hotels that we stayed at in Mallorca. We have been to more expensive hotels but this one truly stands out!

Private beach isn’t maintained but we don’t like beaches anyway.

- Dinner service a bit over the top; between pleta and its partner next door, they’re missing a more relaxed restaurant with conventional food offering- gym facilities not appropriate for hotel of this class- mobile network coverage largely non-existent but wifi is very good

So green and amazing landscaping! So nice to be by the pool and look at the trees and flowers.

Every detail from the breakfast to the pool side experience through to walking between the two hotels is just perfectly considered.

Private beach could be more accommodating with some beds and better sea access

Nothing at all.

Rooms are not isolated. There are centipedes, bugs, and spiders in the rooms. Moist in the room as well, you can feel the wet pillows. Once we felt discomfortable from the hygiene and wanted to check out early. They tried to charge to whole stay and nights that we rejected to stay. Terrible experience at all. Bugs and insects are not normal in the room, you can’t tell it is nature and normal. If ı would want it than i would stay in the tent, not in a 1000€ hotel…

Meals and Service was excellent. Beautiful rooms in a very quiet serene location.

Breakfast was heavenly. Fresh fruit and vegetables and homemade bread. Ingredients were fresh and tasty.

Room service menu on a rainy day could be a bit more expansive. But that was such a small part of the overall amazing experience.

Not much. Would prefer verdent lawns rather than oddly cut shrubs and young bushes olive trees in the gardens more like the sister resort next door.

Stunning property with breath-taking views, fantastic bartenders, friendliest staff who go out of your way to make you feel at home, privacy and quiet. The pictures do not do it justice. The fact they also had top notch bartenders was a major bonus — for our final night, the bartenders surprised us with special custom cocktails to suit our tastes based on what we had been ordering. The attention to detail and kindness was unparalleled, we genuinely miss both the place and the people.

it might be that in our suite there was a a slight mould problem, it did not disturb but the building techniques could cause that (outside shower but no moist isolation towards the wall, also moist isolation seems missing outside the bathroom wall…)
