Wonderful location on the shore, surrounded by pine trees. A perfect spot for sunrise lovers :)Excellent daily entertainment program for children and adults, friendly staff, delicious and varied food.

The gym is small and unfunctional. But who wastes time at the gym on vacation :)

The location was superb. Literally 30 seconds away from one of the most beautiful beaches. The food and drinks were great. The activities team and the rest of the staff were absolutely phenomenal. So friendly and always smiling. They helped make the experience so great.

For the price, I would have liked more comfortable beds and furniture.

The facility is quite old, some rooms have damp problems at the ceilings and some corners. It smells a lot and that's why we had to change our room. Team was very thoughtful and made it easier. We had breakfast & dinner package. Food was average.

Quality of the hotel is OK, rooms are nice.

The hotel is crowded, there are three buildings surrounding a not very big swimming pool.There is absolutely no way to find a quiet place to rest.One restaurant full of guests.Guests are 95% German with children.The hotel has a rather stiff atmosphere.Other Iberostar hotels like Cala Barca (next to Mondrago Parc) or Iberostar Albufera Parc are much better in terms of infrastructure, space and family multicultural atmosphere. We were disappointed: family 2+2 after three days we changed the hotel to another. Overpriced, 20-30% more expensive than other similar Iberostars. This is probably due to TUI guests.In addition, we had a room where the bedroom faced the street.Too many people in a small area.

The staff was nice, helpful and they spoke good English.

The food was bad. Really bad. No matter if it was breakfast or dinner.

Everything was perfect, food was really on a high level for self service, the rooms are spacious and clean, all staff is friendly and ready to help.Perfect for families!

Great location, very friendly and professional staff. Good entertainment for kids. Tasty and diverse buffet, great selection of sea food/ tapas and local dishes.

Overall, location was fantastic, staff was great and very pleasant. The food was good and activities much appreciated. Overall a very good stay, good value for price, definitely recommend.

Room size, always too small but for price that is understandable. Quality of bedding is good for the actual bed, disappointing for couch-beds.

our room was very loud - the bedroom window was facing the Main Street, the hotel app was the key to everything- I prefer the human contact, no restaurants or cafes near the hotel

Me abs other tennis players had to reduce the time of stay and the hotel asked us to pay for the whole period . We were informed at the check in that our package had a meal and drinks included . Every night they tried to charge us the drinks ! So , never again ! They don’t welcome tennis players . We all went for the World Championship . Next time we stay in all other hotels around who understand it and accepted it !
