I enjoyed the 4 nights in this very nice and cosy hotel.Everything is well organized. -Confortable room with balcon, very clean : sheet, mattress, ... -Breakfast gigantesc : fruits, vegetables, milk, coffee, juice, croissant, bread, eggs, omlet ...-Diner : nothing to tell, a lot of choice (fish, meat, vegetable, desserts, ...)-Site : closed to the the sea and amazing Agulla beach 10'minA lot of restaurants few minutes walking-Pool/fitness room : clean, towel available with garantee, Different activities: aquagym .. -Staff : warm welcome, sympathic staff, helpfull (to stop the noising in the adjacent room).

Nice hotel with great options for breakfast (including local products), good location and pretty beautiful territory: many pines, three swimming pools (including one adult-only), friendly staff especially in the bar;) Great proposal with the workouts outside!

It's a bit tricky with the a/c in the common areas since it's switched off during the day. I understand the sustainability side, however sometimes it was quite hot in these areas, also not sure how it's comfortable for the staff.Also not sure why SPA is opened only couple of hours in the afternoon.

Our apartment was not cleaned on one of the days, and the bathroom smelled of drains

Breakfast choice very good indeed. We also had dinner which again was very good, great variety on offer. Staff were very very helpful and friendly

The room wasn’t refreshed very well on days two and three. We had to ask for soap and the glasses weren’t replaced. Reception made a note of this but the cleaning staff still did not replace dirty room glasses

Good location, and nice views from the rooms facing the pool. Okay value for the money if you got a special deal.

Very poor customer service, especially in the reception. Doesn't look like the hotel cares if guests will come back. My 4th time in Mallorca, least lucky with this hotel. Beautiful pool area, but how come is it allowed to smoke??? Each sunbed has an ashtray on the table. Another thing - the hotel is really popular among germans. 90% of the guests are old germans, so in case you are under 40 and especially under 30 - maybe look for another hotel, unless you're not planning to hang out much in the hotel.

The matresses on the child beds were a little bit ferm, but I assume that is about preferences, so no necessary a bad point.The desert selections could have been better in some days.

Lovely and clean large hotel. Nice pool area and good breakfast included which was very good. About a 20 min walk to the Port. Nice rooms and very comfy bed. There are 2 family pools and a very small adult pool which I think could be made bigger. Just off the main road from shops and restaurants.

Emailed the hotel about a week before asking if they did shuttle service from airport and recieved a reply the day after we got home saying they didnt! Not very good customer service

The food is great. Hot things are served.

It's full of old German guests. It does not feel like to be in Spain. Everyone including hotel staff speaks either Spanish or German. Non German people, please rethink about booking in this hotel.

Full size 25m indoor pool was just amazing. Food was tasty and with a great variety. Location was also great for me - both quiet and within walking distance both to sea and to Cala Ratjada Harbor.

The gym was pretty basic. There were a lot of different desserts every day, but I didn't enjoy them - I would prefer fewer but tastier. Any drinks are paid on dinner - I would appreciate at least water and maybe tee for free.

We liked it all - location, comfort, great pool area and spa. The food was good quality at breakfast and evening meal, loads of choice. We especially liked the fact that Mallorcan dishes, like frito mallorquin was on the menu.

Beds have wheels that can not be fixed, the whole bed moved everytime you turned. Outdoor pool was cold at the end of October, it would be nice if it was heated.

The bedroom was very spacious, beautiful pool view and the shower has the best water pressure I’ve ever experienced. All staff are helpful and welcoming. Special mention to Steven who promptly resolved a small issue I had during my stay, he is an asset to the hotel. Also, lady at reception who helped me book a bus back to the airport with a short notice was very kind, unfortunately I can’t remember her name. Atmosphere at the main pool is lovely, music all day long, bar nearby and activities such as paella cooking show or water exercise with the animator. And most importantly, the hotel is spotlessly clean and smells unbelievably fresh. Food was also nice and varied each day which was good as we were staying for 9 days.

Honestly, nothing. The only thing I can mention is that 90% of guests are German nationals which did not bother me at all as they’re all lovely but we couldn’t make any new friends as no English speakers (not hotels fault obviously). Also, the bar could be open a bit longer but there are plenty of bars around the corner so not a big issue.

The breakfast buffet had a huge assortment and I loved being able to swim in the inside swimming pool every morning.

The bed had two legs with wheels which couldn't be completely fixed which meant that the bed moved slightly when one turned around in it.Also I laid awake one morning because a tour bus came to pick up guests at 5 a.m. and did not switch off the motor for half an hour.
