About

Serras Andorra is located in the Vall d’Incles region of Andorra with wonderful views of the Grandvalira mountains. The only hotel in Andorra with its own ski slopes reopens its doors, after a renovation process, by Serras Collection, to make it the best 5 * GL in Andorra. The rooms at Serras Andorra are designed with your well-being in mind, our 57 rooms and suites are very spacious and bright. Most rooms have mountain views and have a balcony or terrace. At SERRAS we are truly passionate about gastronomy. Our culinary offer is committed to reinterpretations of traditional Catalan cuisine with a modern and fresh touch. Our gastronomic proposal is an explosion of flavors that are based on quality, seasonal and local products, highly appreciated by both our most demanding local customers and our hotel guests. The hotel is just a 20-minute drive from Pas de La Casa and from Andorra La Vella. The town of Canillo is less than 10 minutes’ drive from the Serras Andorra. In winter months, free transport is provided to Grandvalira Ski Resort, and in summer to the main starting points for hiking trails.

    Pros +

    • The hotel is beautiful and cozy with incredibly friendly staff. the restaurant was superb. The location fantastic with incredible hiking just up the street.
    • It was so beautifully decorated and clean. The room was fantastic and very roomy, perfect for our family (we have a 6 month old)
    • the hotel ambience, great helpful staff and super cosy and spacious rooms and cleanliness was excellent.Location is nice but there is nothing around it. Having a car helped us alot

    Cons -

    • The restaurant had limited times to serve lunch and dinner and the menue was also limited. We traveled in Summer time (JULY) so I wonder if it gets better during winter time.
    • - bad pillows- it is not stay in not stay out resort as indicated (only the free mini slope)- food is not good (especially the eggs were never cooked well)
    • The town around the hotel does not seem to have that many restaurants or boutique stores to shop.

We stayed at the Serras second time, and will come back again! We loved everything about this place, felt very comfortable and always had attention from the staff! The food at the restaurant was very delicious and staff friendly! Ski rentals and own slope for kids are great plus! We definitely come back again!!!

Size of the room: super sufficient for a comfy stay for 2 adults and kid (with a baby cot, btw baby cot that was provided by the hotel was with a super quality).Bed was super good (big) and comfortable (mattress was really nice).Staff just amazing, helped with all the tiny things during our stay. Perfect breakfasts, and tasty food at restaurant. Private slope, possibility to hire a couch for lessons at hotel, ski rent at hotel, possibility to buy a skips at the reception. Glass of champagne during check in, cava and sweets at the room - just a great start of stay. Parking with Porsche chargers, lovely. Shuttle bus every 5-10 mins to slopes.

The food was very good at Serras and the assistance of the hotel staff was exceptional.

The town around the hotel does not seem to have that many restaurants or boutique stores to shop.

Staff in the restaurant and at the skie locker, shuttle personnel, PR-manager are very helpful and friendly. Food was also nice.

I had a very bad experience with reception. I paid the bill for extra charges during our stay and asked them to email it to me and I am still waiting for it. I have called them several times and emailed them about it but they do not do it and I know why because they have charged for the inside parking several times but we did not use it. Another thing we forgot our jacket there and we ask them to send it to us at our expense and it is still not done and we ask every day but they do not send it. Very unpleasant situation. One more thing is that the reception gave us the wrong suitcases when we were leaving the hotel. Of course we saw it immediately and told the girls about it but I still found it inappropriate. Too many many mistakes, sloppy work for a luxury hotel.

very relaxing atmosphere, staff were very helpful and friendly, food was extremely good, the boot room and lift transfer was unlike anything I have ever experienced. The room was spacious warm with lovely views.

The Spa was very nice and children were allowed to use between 11am-6pm which is fine but it was treated like a playground and potentially dangerous.

The worst one! They release our reservations data before our trip and we got robbed. And when we tried to reach to them, they didn’t answer even though we wrote through booking and email. They haven’t answered yet. We are still waiting for their help. Such a bad consumer experience.

Great welcome with Cava.Staff very very friendly and helpful..Bed so comfortable.

Would have liked body cream in the bathroom as Andorra is very dry and skin needs moisturising.

Super nice and friendly staff.Spa was wonderful and big, have hours for adults only which was great.Breakfast was super tasty.Stunning location with beautiful nature around.King size bed was super comfy and room was nice!

First night we got a different room than what we booked (no balcony, no view, third bed very uncomfortable) and were not offered compensation.Seemed to be problems in the kitchen (bug in drink, hair in fruit salad, repeated mistakes in order), however, they were very nice and generous.

The service is really good! The breakfast are delicious! The room is warm and pretty!

Very welcoming stuff, the room of a high-class design with everything needed incl. welcome treats and a wonderful view. The spa well-equipped as well. The food in the restaurant was delicious for a reasonable price. Sheep were walking right next to the restaurant’s window, what excited our daughter a lot.

There had been left someone else’s socks on the top shelf of the wardrobe.

Lovely views from the property, quite spacious and recently refurbished in a mountain style. We enjoyed the breakfasts, bar area and outside space which had plenty of comfortable seating and nice views. All the staff were lovely and very personable.

Our kids didn’t like the wifi, they considered it really slow (it wasn’t about 5mps in our room) so gaming wasn’t possible.Given it was summer the car park seemed expensive compared to street parking (€20 vs €5 per day). Parking on street was plentiful but you had to remember to buy tickets. I would have happily paid for hotel parking at a slightly lower rate. We didn’t see anyone using the hotel car park either.

The staff was excellent, very kind and efficient. Unfortunately, though, the "de luxe room" we booked and payed for had no air conditioning, so we were forced to keep the window open, but the noise of the street was very annoying and keeping us awake at night. For our third and last night they kindly gave us an upgrade, from our de luxe room to a junior suite where we couldn't hear any noise with all windows open.

Lack of air conditioning in the hot weather. Noise from the street.

Great service and breakfast. The people in the reception and in the restaurants were super nice - 10/10 for the hotel staff. Really great service - after complaining that our room is facing the street, they upgraded us immediately. ! I loved the spa - in august was almost empty which was great! The food in the bar was really good.

In the rooms there is no aircon which was disappointing. We wanted to escape from the heat in barcelona, and it didn't work. The restaurant is pricey and the quality not so impressive. The food in the bar much better. Not our room are facing the mountain. No free parking.

The staff were all excellent, friendly and helpful. Everyone went over and above their normal duties to make sure all our needs were met. They all far exceeded our expectations ! Dinner was great and the breakfast was outstanding, as were all the wait staff. The spa and treatments were very good and met our expectations. A suggestion would be to include a Hammam (Turkish bath) treatment in your list of services.

The location is really on the border of el Tatar and Soldeau. This caused a lot of confusion finding the property as we departed the L4 bus at the Soldeau stop and could not find the resort. The out of the way location was not in as nice an area as the other properties in Soldeau and was not as convenient to the Soldeau village which we expected to enjoy.

Amazing location near Incles Valley, easy to rent an ebike and go cycling in the Valley. Hiking is also available.

    We liked everything.
