Amazing as we remember it since 2012-2013 2014 when we were last time.

A bit pricy for 2+2 was 14 k Euros all in all for 6 nights.

Great friendly staff, very helpful. Two rooms were ready much earlier, on our arrival , best ever slope views everywhere from the hotel: rooms, Glassbar , spa. The spa is amazing

Great hotel overall. The hotel is in great shape, rooms are well kept, communal areas look spotless. The Spa is great, and the staff is spot on. Overall, the hotel provides a top experience and has so far been the best place I have stayed at in Andorra. Highly recommended

Excellent hotel with amazing views and luxury design.The SPA is the best I have ever seen in my life!!The staff is lovely and the rooms are incredibly comfortable..Everything was just perfect.

Breakfast was excellent. We only stayed one night but used the spa pool which was lovely. The restaurant in the village was also very good

I normally don't give 10s for reviews, but I really have to give this hotel one. Super-friendly staff. Great, spacious, quiet room. Excellent breakfast. Really nice gym. Great location with amazing views.

The only thing to note is that the hotel is not in downtown Andorra de Vella, so if you want to go into town, you have to drive 15 minutes or so. But that isn't necessarily a bad thing, as the view from our room was outstanding and the hotel was extremely quiet and peaceful.

The best hotel we have ever been to! The level of service is amazing and the staff are so lovely. A really big thank you to Ramiro who looked after us really well in the Glass Bar - you are a credit to the hotel and it was a pleasure to meet you! :)The rooms were lovely, really spacious, and so clean with great facilities. The spa was also a really nice addition to our stay and very relaxing. The gym is also great - immaculate and spacious, by far the best hotel gym we have been to. It was very quiet when we stayed (it's certainly set up for the winter ski season) so going in the summer months is great to really relax.The included breakfast was also lovely - a big choice in a buffet and options to pick from the menu - perfect.

Just a little thing - for the standard of the hotel we would have expected covered parking, but it was secure and directly opposite the hotel.

Not the first time here. Unfortunately the property is deteriorating - No management.The Rate, even at the low price level does not justify the stay.The hotel is not maintained. We got a room very late, beyond the usual check-in hours. Even though we asked for a double bed, we got a single bed connected in a clumsy way, despite the fact that the hotel is extremely available for this night . The water sink was clogged and even though we asked, it was not taken care of. The reception does not answer the phone for long minutes - a lack of manpower is felt. We were served lunch to the room without eating utensils which arrived again after long minutes. The TV is old and does not offer options other than local language. It is not possible to connect to Netflix, Amazon or the like independently, something that already happens in any self-respecting hotel.The spa is run down and there aren't even comfortable seating areas - guests literally argue over chairs.Even a table reservation for dinner was not done properlyConcierge service weak and inactive. The above makes himself work all the time and is actually busy with personal things. This is not the way a five-star hotel concierge conducts himself. We feel the end of the season here and it really shouldn't be handled like thisI assume that many people meet in a luxury hotel for the first time, they score high and that's where the impressive score of the hotel comes from, which reflects the real situation in chaos. If an audience that understands luxury comes here, the hotel, under the current management, will crash.

Great top noch place for skiing, hiking, shopping in La Vella. Amazing facility and staff.Fantastic spa, indoor swimming pool, sauna, massage and everything that goes with it. Great breakfast and dinner.

The breakfast is excellent! The Personal are very friendly and helpful

The opening hours of the spa are inconvenient. Opens at 12pm in the morning, closes at 8pm.The massage is unprofessional , not worth the money.

Excellent hotel. The perfect vacation. All the hotel staff are very very kind, especially the boys at the entrance of the hotel Oscar and Victor, always polite and helpful.Thank you so much.

Beautiful hotel and spa

Be careful making your reservations at the spa, because the lady i made the reservation with is not thruthfully!! Actually i feeled scammed by her! I made a reservation for me and my wife at the spa and massage, being on the phone with her and asking about the packages ( i was on the phone because i wanted to make sure i had the best one for my wife ) and talking with her she made a reservation for us with a package, when everything was done, they forgot to put the facial the last 15 minutes what we discussed and after they charged me with it, but also charged me 100€ a person extra!!!!!!!! After talking with the reception and her coming up to the reception ( the woman i talked with ) she thought it was reasonable that i paid a little less , but still 50€ a person more!!! I was disgusted by her service! I think she was russian or ukranian, anyways she is the manager of the spa , not the hotel! Sorry for the long message but I really think people should know this! Shamefull! The hotel and the staff from the hotel were really nice and really good service from the rest! Just the spa is a scam

Absolutely amazing. Possibly the best place I’ve ever stayed. Fantastic staff, beautiful room with lovely little touches, and a fabulous, spacious spa. Everything - from the cleanliness to the attention to detail - was truly outstanding. Oh and the breakfast needs a whole rating system of its own - 20 out of 10 :) Thankyou to everyone who made our stay wonderful. We’ll be back

Nothing about the hotel or spa - they’re perfect. Only comment is that dinner in Koy didn’t quite meet expectations or its price tag. The service was fabulous and the food was good, but not as good as expected.

Refused in ghe wellness becsuse my second daughter was 12 years and 10 months instead of 13 years. She was disapointed

Primarily the staff namely Victor and Reuben and Sabine. Have to mention Sophia in Koy restaurant indeed all the staff there Maria’s pastry skill are exceptional.
