The location

It was cold, old and not very clean

I like the location in Soldeu, walking distance to bars, pubs and ski lift. The buffet is extensive. It's nice that the chef makes you fresh eggs in the morning.

The buffet for the evening diner was sometimes crowded, when a casserole of meat is finished it took a long time for the kitchen to bring on the next. Lots of pork meat, 1 day lamb, 1 day beef. The diner buffet could be of a higher quality for the price payed.

noisy bar party till 3 or 4pm for 3 to 4 times in a one-week stay. I left the note when I booked the hotel that I need a quiet room, but I was still arrange on the noisy side, and could not change the room.Not recommended for people want to enjoy a quiet night and good sleepThe handle of the bathroom door is broken and hurt my nail.

The location is great and pleasant that there is a parking. I find the lobby outdated and no atmosphere. The breakfast area is like a cantina. The room is fine. Beds are very comfortable. The price is fine but I would make the lobby and bar more inviting. It’s not difficult. The reception staff is a bit inactive except for one manager. It could all be a bit more inviting and service orientated.

The room and bathroom looked very old and worn . No hand soap in the bathroom and leaving early in the morning ( 3 am ) no breakfast provided because we asked at 18.30 , not before 18.00 ( we were not aware about this rule ) . The receptionists not very friendly either

Very cozy and familiar. We felt very at home in the hotel, and the staff is very kind

The cleaning could be a little better but overall was ok. The noise from the bars outside was the less good about the whole trip. It was a bit dificult to fall asleep.

We had an amazing room with a view over the slopes .. it is conveniently located surrounded by bars & restaurants. The staff were friendly & helpful

Perfect location!AMAZING staff that helped us so much with everything we needed.Breakfast and dinner were great.There is a public parking just across the street for 10.8 euro / day.We had a wonderful stay.Super recommanded

Bathroom need renovation, ski room is located on the underground parking and more far from ski lift than main entrance.

I love the weather not so cold ,the sunny days ,with snow ,the big mountains with many places to ski ,no matter which level you are .Its is amazing place ,priceless ..

At the hotel ,nothing

Location is excellent, just short walk to the Soldeu ski liftStaff is helpful, especially manager. Perfect breakfast and dinner . Nice guy from Peru who is frying food for requests.

Very near to the Soldeu gondola. Dinner varieties are great, if you book half board.

Breakfast is too repetitive, always the same everyday. Not providing water on a daily basis and no one time use slippers provided

Buffet w Chef Station, good variety of food and menu changes throughout the week.Staff were friendly and helpful. Rooms were clean and spacious (triple), overall well equipped.

Bathroom - the shower was difficult to use without leaking water over the floor.

Pleasant hotel with friendly, helpful staff. Great location in the centre of the town, a very short walk to the gondola station. There are ski lockers provided at the hotel, or you can hire lockers at the gondola station if you don't want to carry skis back to hotel. The food was very good, with freshly cooked options provided by Junior. Small gripe was the hot food wasn't very hot, but there was a microwave available if wanted. Reception area / bar not very busy in the evenings, but other options available close by.

Our room (bed configuration) request made via Booking.com (confirmation received) was not passed on to the hotel by Booking.com. This was very frustrating, although the hotel did their best to resolve the situation. Would suggest contacting the hotel direct in future.

Location is perfect, rooms are big and warm. There is locker and ski room which is great and staff was very helpful

Dinner buffet wasn’t great. They dont replenish the buffet until you remind and bathrooms were a bit old.

Perfectly located in the centre of Soldeu. Short walk up to the gondola. Good ski storage area. Great health suite. Breakfast was excellent, lots of options!

Although we got 1 free hour in the health suite due to an area being out of use, I feel that given the price of the hotel, this should be free for guests anyway. Would expect this to be included in a 4* hotel.

Good location and clean hotel.

The room assigned initially was an attic room which had a smell of drainage coming out of the bathroom. This was then changed when we complained and the second room was much better although we didn't have an extra bed as per original booking, so we ended up three persons sleeping in the same bed. To be fair, it was a big bed but still it was preferable to have the extra bed.

Location is excellent in the resort.Free ski lockers.

Breakfast, which is good can get really busy as everyone is on the same clock to get to the slopes for opening time.More free flowing coffee is needed in the morning.
