Excellent short stay for some late season skiing- warm and the snow was melting fast.

This haven from the modern world has “mucho alma” or soul in English. The people, Abigail, Diego, Cande and many more make you feel right at home. Whether it be the restaurant or the spa services, all present go above and beyond to make your stay enjoyable.

Our previous visit was only a one night stop over but we were keen to see if it was as great as we thought. Our second trip only improved our thoughts on this boutique hotel, team, food and location. Seriously, this is a very rare find. Whoever manages this hotel enjoys derails and also ensures the team are happy. Small points but they show a lot (Marvis tooth paste is rare but only shows the level of detail, Oatly milk for great coffee). The whole team are so open and helpful. We stay in over 15 hotels a year and this one is equal top to the very best in the World. Seriously a gem of a find. The food is exceptional and a fare price. This time we found our favourite walk. It’s just over 8km into the mountains (on your doorstep) with over 6 lakes on route. Our room looks over the pastures with mountain cows and horses with bells. This is a dream of a place. Thank you all for another wonderful stay. We look forward to our return later in the year.

Nothing. If you don’t appreciate this hotel for what they have managed to create, give up. You will never be happy. This is the best

Beautiful location and lovely hotel. Superb food available, absolutely delicious. We were there during the summer ( This hotel in the winter ski season is a must, located at the heart of it all )

The description boutique is perfect. Both the food, all the team and hotel were exceptional. We will be returning in a few weeks time. We travel a lot and see this as a very rare find. Well done to everyone who makes this such a rare find.

It’s next to a huge open car park, which in the winter would be very useful. Perhaps a slight eyesore in the summer but everything else about this very special hotel makes this detail irrelevant. Make sure your room is overlooking the piste.

Fantastic location, incredible staff all around. The food at the restaurant was really good too. Great facilities, clean room and building. Lovely experience all around.

It was very warm in the room with no aircon. We had to leave the doors open and it was loud at times in the car park during the night. In winter this wouldn't be an issue.

Everything! Still one of my favourite hotels. Great food and cocktails also. Location in the centre of all the ski lifts.

Interior, beautiful location with bunch of hiking routes, both the breakfast and dinner were great, very friendly and helpful staff, peaceful

Food was very very good, with generous portions. No problem with the food or the staff

Spa closed. Only found out after booking, so could not cancel reservation without forfeit of 90% of fees. Could use one 10 miles away!! In-room jacuzzi bath did not workNo air-conditioning system but room temperature controls on wall. Apparently it is only for heat in winter! Water from shower leaked into toilet, but shower was supposed to be sealed. Bed frame is dangerous to toes/ feet. Mattress is smaller than bed frame, which people use as a guide to navigation. Hurt toes will soon show you your depth perception is wrong!

staff, service hierarchic, arrogant and slow. very noise with the snow cleaners during the very early morning.

really enjoyed the quality of the hotel and the location. Very kind at reception and both gentlemen at the door were really kind.

the staff at dinner was very poor. lost wine from previous day, made us wait another night for an hour and then said they couldn't take our order as they took order from people from Spain and Andorra around us.

breakfast had a great choice and its open till 11 every day any thing you wanted no problem at all spa was very chilled a bit small but thats ok it was very comfortable and not many people used it when we did

just the short walk to the beginners area and that due to weather not all lifts were open but thats it

This breakfast was exceptional. The buffet was ample & an ala carte menu was also available. The service at breakfast was very friendly & any request satisfied in a timely manner.
