Pros +
- The host was very friendly and the check-in went smoothly. There was some nice snacks for purchase and free coffee for the guests to make in the entrance of the hotel.
- Friendly staff, very clean, easy on site parking.
- The size and comfort bike storage
Cons -
- The property was much further away from the city center than I had wanted. Because we were were hiking, I/we didn't realize after grabbing lunch at a place near the park central that we would have to walk 1 mile back to the hotel. I was also thought the beds could have been upgraded, they were much to hard.
- It was all good.
- No food close by .. you need a car to get anywhere . We were told we could get dinner at the pub but they didn’t served dinner

The garden!
Bed was not very comfortable. A bit far from Luarca town centre; however, we had a car and this wasn’t an issue for us. It would be nice they could offer breakfast, even, at an extra cost.

Large clean room. The keyless entry with codes worked very well.

Fans in the rooms might be a good addition.
Great staff, very helpful.
Although the area seemed quiet, there was a lot of noise at night coming from surrounding areas. Not much can be done about this. The price was also a little high for what you get in comparison to other hotel prices around.
Very friendly, cheerful and helpful Christina at check in. Lovely clean and spacious rooms.
Host Madam is geat lady, good parking and garden, nesr to the town.
My room was near to the road, which was noisy by cars till midnight and again early morning.
