Pros +
- Excellent service, outstanding breakfast (especially the fresh honeycomb!), afternoon desserts/tea were an unexpected treat -- spacious and comfortable room. A delightful stay! Close to Vipiteno for a visit, yet wonderful enough just to stay here for a few days with superb restaurants and spa.
- Location Overall Clean Reception and welcoming Garden
- We are a couple travelling with our little dog, and we absolutely loved our stay. Communication was smooth from the start, and the receptionist was incredibly friendly and helpful—just like the restaurant staff, who were clearly passionate about what they do. It’s also very clear that dogs are truly welcome here, pampered with thoughtful amenities in the room, plenty of space to explore—including the beautiful gardens and chestnut tree trail—and even a Dog Care Station complete with brushes and supplies for our furry companions. We opted for the Halbpension, and the dinner was fantastic, paired with an excellent selection of regional wines. The sauna and pool garden made for a wonderfully relaxing experience. Don’t miss the special blue eggs from their farm at breakfast—they’re a real treat! This place truly understands what hospitality means. This is the last day of our trip, and staying here completely made up for the disappointing experience we had at the start of our 9-day journey at Der Walzl in Igls. We will definitely be back—and next time, we’ll try their Michelin-starred restaurant, Einhorn!
Cons -
- If I had to mention one minor drawback, it would be the sound of traffic from our room. As a light sleeper, I still managed to sleep through the night with the window half-opened.
- Massages at the SPA restricted to a few days only, which unfortunately did not match with our agenda. Next time would book in advance.
- Recommend you get an electrician to link a switch to a light and label the switch ! We couldn’t switch lights o ff and spent too much time with reception staff trying to work out what was going onAnyway, a good stay as the rating confirms.

Very nice waitresses and delicious food. There is a buffet which fulfills all our needs. The staff is very friendly and even gave us a free bus ticket to go back home. Can only recommend!
Very pleasant stay, excellent food and very friendly staff. Spa area is very nice and clean. Ski bus and bus pass very nice to have and ski resort big enough for a few days, easily reachable in less than 15 minutes bus drive.
Massages at the SPA restricted to a few days only, which unfortunately did not match with our agenda. Next time would book in advance.
Great reception staff wonderful sauna pool experience the best ox streak in the restaurant … and I pride myself on beef on the bbq! Great room …. With some reservations …. See negative comment

The room is big but in summer they don’t have AC or even a fan
We did not like the staff… was very ironic and not professional And here you have to pay for everything… extraFor dog they have a big tax around 30€ In the room was very hot, we could barely sleep and we asked for a fan but they did not wanted to give us They told us to pay for balcony 20€ so we can open the doorOr to pay 40€ more if we wanna use the AC
We did not like anything in this "prison like" Hotel, except it's location close to the Brenner highway. The Hotel claims to be a Deluxe 5 Star property, and hardly fulfills a 2 Star standard. The Junior Suite which we had booked for € 272,46 turned out to be a run down standard room. The pictures of the Junior Suite show one of the many different Junior Suites and therefore create the wrong impression. The room we stayed at was totally overpriced and not worth more than € 99,- (to be nice !). Our dog was charged an extra € 23,-, for nothing else but being allowed in this miserable outfit ! The room (the so called Junior Suite) was run down and in desperate need of a complete rebovation - inside and outside at the balcony. The furniture was 1950 style and ugly to look at ! In the Restaurant, we found the prices to be rediculously expensive - charging € 16,- for a 0,2 glas of Südtirol wine.... Portions were extremely small but at least tasted ok ! The big portion of tartar was priced at € 31,- !!!! There is no 24 hr reception and breakfast is served only after 07.30 am (No expecptions !). Doors are locked after 22.00 pm and if you would like to check out between 22.00 pm and 07.30 am you find yourself locked up prison style. All in all a truely terriible erxperience and definately not worth the money. Our advise: Chose another Hotel which will treat you as a valued customer - not this miserable outfit !
Except for the location, close to the Brenner highway there was NOTHING we liked !
Lovely hotel, great pool and spa Food in restaurant very good

Very nice romantic atmosphere. Retro style furniture. Great breakfast and restaurant! Very good SPA , swimming pool with great view and terrace. Friendly staff.
Hotel Stafler is a very nice and excellent hotel, with fantastic food and service and a beautiful swimming pool and spa. It is always a pleasure to return to this address.
Very friendly staff, two excellent restaurants, one with two Michelin stars which uses local produce to conjure up an amazing menu. Complete and well-designed wellness area. Free e-car charging.
location, professionalità e comfort
Perfect location . Food was excellent. They easily changed my room for a less noisy one.
An outdoor swimming pool
The hotel staff is always helpful and friendly, the Spa has some awesome treatments (totally recommend the Honey Massage!!!), and the whole place is super pet friendly, which made our visit even better. The restaurant is really amazing with great wine cellar, a well deserved Michelin category!Conveniently located we’ll be definitely coming back!
All staffs are very kindly. There were interesting original event in hotel day by day. Children can enjoy in the swimming pool, garden and farm close to hotel.
