very hospitable guest, great breakfast, walking distance from the train station, but in a very quiet setting with view of the nearby mountain

The apartment was very big and comfortable. it was so clean that it looked as we are the first guests. the hotel amenities are great and well maintained - the pool, the playground and the kids playroom. the breakfast and dinner were very tasty and were convenient with kids.

The views from the rooms were not great as it is near a railway line and motorway.

Great atmosphere, kind staff, and great food. Room and facilities are of high quality and very velcoming.

Nitpick, but the room/apartment was quite hot (26-27*C), and no aircon. We need to open more windows next time:) We will gladly come back.

- Very clean and spacious apartment, very tasteful decor (traditional mountain look with a modern touch), attention to detail. - nice wellness area (the operating hours for sauna are quite limited though, at least in June)- very friendly staff- delicious food at the restaurant,

- the mountain view was a bit of disappointment as it is mainly overviewing a parking lot- there is only a thick curtain separating the shower from the main area, the privacy could be a concern depending on the group traveling, it is also hard to be quiet and to wake up the rest of the group when taking the morning shower. - the small room with 3 beds (one is a bunk bed) is not very suitable for adults as the room is really really tiny.The whole set up is best for a family with kids.

We arrived late - after the kitchen closed - but the staff called us ahead of time and had a huge platter of meats and cheese ready for us when we got there. The two bedroom suite was perfect for five people and the kids loved the pool and the breakfast. Easy to get to from the highway and nestled in the mountains.

HOTEL LENER is the best , this is a fantastic place to stay. it is very easy to find it , the room is great , food and breakfast with large buffet , everything very tasty , a lot of options for ski around , all facilities are very good , and the poll is open almost all day , with hot water and nice view outside , internet very fast , an the sauna is free , but the best off all is the people here . , they are friendly and kind , everything i need , any question , they were always by my side . i am very satisfied that i choose this hotel for stay , it is a great value for money choice , fantastic place to stay in a perfect place for winter holidays , my best wishes to you ,thank you very much .

Pleasantly surprised by the location, booked last minute and so glad we did. Only stayed the night but the apartment was amazing, spotlessly clean and well presented. Staff were great and so helpful. Would definitely stay again and for longer.

Beautiful hotel with wonderful views of the surrounding mountains and great amenities. Super friendly and helpful staff. Pool area and indoor play area was perfect to entertain our boys. Breakfast buffet was great. Our dinner at the hotel restaurant was delicious. A true gem.

A wonderful location, the apartment is stylish and new very clean. The area os green. Breakfast is great and we also had a festive dinner which was simply amazing Free parking and lots of green area , pet friendly

Bedroom furnishings seemed worn and used.

Great for kids, with playgrounds close to dining areas both inside and outside. Lots of attention to detail throughout. Management has obviously put a lot of thought into how it operates the hotel.

I guess travel has gotten pricey across the board, but Hotel Lener was definitely also a little pricey.

Very nice hotel with very spacious and modern rooms. Nice facilities for children and big covered parking.

Our room did not have an AC which left us sleeping with open balcony doors at night.

The hotel has a swimming pool with convenient opening hours and very good restaurant.

Breakfast is very good, you can order scrambled eggs freshly made. The swimming pool is too cold for my kids, it would be great to have it 1 or 2 degrees higher.

I have the feeling that they are understaffed, especially for the restaurant. I found some little bugs in my bed and I have had skin irritation for days. I would recommend double-check your beds in the future.

The facilities were clean and it was quiet and a beautiful area. The pool and spa was very well kept and inviting.

The bathroom was a bit small but the tub was larger. All around a great place l.

Stay was very pleasant. Breakfast excellent and dinner as well. We stayed for the second time and definately we will come back again.
