Cons -
- Things to improve would be:Softer pillows, did not sleep well because of very hard pillowsImpossible to open the shower gel package, had to buy soapVery small soap for 2 people Not enough air circulating in bathroom and bedroom, felt stuffyDid not feel a relaxed holiday atmosphere, the person at the reception was nice but always running. Possibly understaffed?
- Lift is very slow but that was good because we got our steps in on the stairs so no problem really.
