    Cons -

    • The bellboys have to understand that they are the first people we see when we walk into the hotel . I know it’s hot , I know the job is not easy but they have to give a first great impression - the lifeguards shouldn’t be aloud on there phones - it’s the only thing I didn’t like , because if something were to happen they would be the first to blame - just constructive criticism -
    • Nothing , absolutely perfect
    • Air condition in room didn’t work and needed to be fixed, WiFi was unstable, deputy manager and reception and guest services do not communication and miscommunication the deputy manager admitted this. We could not use the pool because the floor was slimy and my companion had mobility issues and they did not properly assist. I am refuting charges as I type this. They book us at the trattoria restaurant knowing she has a mobilityScooter and cannot make it up that steep ramp without falling backward. We had to go through pool water in the path to get to a steep ramp. The buffet staff on the second night wanted us to sit in a back row of tables because of the scooter which madeUs feel like we had leprosy. I had several anxiety attacks and my heart rate elevated my health condition in addition to friends health was exacerbated and worsened. My friend has more back pain now from the uncomfortable bed mattresses and one flat pillow provided to each of us. Food at the private lodge buffet was not great as well. We booked this place for pool and scooter mobility access and they fell extremely short of this and made us feel undervalued and like outcasts. I am requesting a 50% refund as we Did not get to use 50% of the amenities we came there for and they did not accommodate appropriately. The deputy manager is not empathetic at all. She made us feel as guest like we were just profit margins and our issue were an in conscience to her. Horrible management they need to reevaluate how they communicate and respect all customers especially those with special assistance needs.

Friendly staff and great facilities. Never have to leave the resort.

The only complaint is that we were there the last weekend in May and they had not yet turned on the AC. It was warm in our room. They did switch us to a cooler room downstairs but if you advertise AC, it should be available.

The forest trail to the beach was magical. We enjoyed the beautiful clean beach with gorgeous sunsets. The resort is spotless. The food was excellent! The staff were all friendly. Anna at the buffet was so welcoming and we sat in the same spot everyday so we could see her. We had a few transportation issues and Alessia at the front reception desk quickly stepped up and helped us resolve them, saving us!

The kids water park lacked enough water in the slide to properly go down without getting stuck. The cocktails are lemon flavored and pretty weak. But the service was quick and we never had to wait in line.

Our stay was absolutely unforgettable! From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel incredibly welcome with their friendliness and warm hospitality. Every day brought amazing surprises that made the experience even more special! The food was simply delicious — every meal was a treat, and there was so much variety to enjoy. The beach nearby offered some of the most breathtaking sunsets we've ever seen — truly picture-perfect moments we’ll never forget. There were tons of activities to join if you wanted to be adventurous, but the beautiful, peaceful lodge also made it easy to just relax and soak up the sun by the fantastic pool. The lodge itself was so quiet and calming, perfect for recharging, so we even had to extend our stay! Highly recommend this place if you're looking for a relaxing, fun, and truly memorable vacation!

The only small downside was that the bed was a bit too hard for our personal taste — but honestly, that’s just a matter of preference and wouldn’t take away from how much we loved our stay!

The only respite from the heat was to stay either in the beautiful pool or in the room. Unfortunately the aircon was not very cold. They came to test on request and for some reason it is centrally controlled and we could not turn it up which was not very pleasant. Great for a family holiday.

    8AntonyPosted on: 9-19-2024

The food was generally good, not fantastic, rather repetitive. Nowhere nearby to go to. If it rains, you are on your own. They have a massive closed theatre that is almost never used. What about films during the day, Dance classes or learning about acting.

Entertainment is a little scarce. As I said, the theatre is under used. You hardly ever see the animation team, they do not try to involve you in any event, you have to use the app, very impersonal, where are they during the day?No indication for up-coming menus, but then, it is always the same-old, same-old, no one seems to know!

    6RobertoPosted on: 9-16-2024

Friendly staff, clean hotel and good selection of food and quality is good too.Only problem with this resort is the totally sub standard or practically inexistant enyertainment. Entertainment for kids is missing all day. There are few shows in the theatre and the only one worth viewing was a calabrian folklore night in a whole week. A small stage for local musician groups opposite the wunderbar had a faulty audio system that frustrated the musicians themselves to set it up. The german enyertainment team needs an urgent upgrade since it was really below standard.

Entertainment. is a total disaster all day through and in all areas.

The buffet food was great. The forest walk to the beach was beautiful.

When booking we were not told that we could not use the restaurants as we were not staying for 7 days and therefore would had to pay. The taxis had to be booked 24 hours in advance.

Stuff totally perfect!!! Everything clean all days even outside in hotel area...nice walk thru tree park into see

You can't go outside of hotel area, cause there is anything else only this hotel...but u nave everything in hotel yiu need.

Is a great well made resort with a very good amount of facilities and a lot of activities. The all inclusive only system is been a bit reduced so more things are not included, however there is still good list of options. Food had a great variety and good quality. The sea side is fabulous when calm. My mum loved all the colorful flowers around.

Second year in this beautiful resort and we enjoyed our stay as the previous time. We only noticed some restrictions in place respect last year and the price was much higher. But we know is a general issue. The place was anyway fully booked, so we could not stay for the time we wanted. Location is good but not a walking distance from the town in case want to visit the area. Car is needed or I think they also have a shuttle service to see Pizzo or Tropea. Nothing we disliked, is a great place for family holidays and a proper relax.

The beach area, the walk to the beach, the pool and the food was excellent

It was a bit disorganized and not always clear about what and when events took place or where to access certain amenities. The beds were not very comfortable but the rooms were very nice.

    10GrazioPosted on: 8-6-2024

We stayed at the Private Lounge, it was amazing. Staff really nice and very helpful. The fact that there was a beach really excellent for whom like to swim in the sea.

I don't like that much the hostess at the Restaurant..Always there trying to greet Geust but sometimes I think they are not prophesionals. To greet a Geust there is no need to make half an hour chatting with Geust. It's not that polite, especially when they have food on table because they need time for them selves to eat and so on. Transportation was more expensive than the Ryanair Flights.. They have to organise group trips. , Couples join other couples because travelling as a couple transport costs alot.

The place is beautiful and above all well kept and cleanStaff simply adorable...ALL the staff

The beds. Very uncomfortable.. Speciality restaurants , Flavour and Trattoria were really disappointing. The fact that we paid €69 extra to have a late check-out at 20.00pm but then couldn't have dinner, that's stupid. If I pay that extra money at least I should have what it entails with the price. Tried to get this from reception, especially when we missed our first dinner on check in as we arrived during the night.

Well rounded resort with a good beach

The staff were a little flippant. The manager however is amazing and very accommodating

Visually the resort, the beach and the location match all the boxes. It is hard to believe, yet everything looked just as perfect as in the pictures. The only exception is the children's waterpark - this is in real life even grander. It will not only keep your kids occupied for hours several days in a row, but it will also make you envy them (as age limit is 10yrs) for being able to enjoy the slides. I would recommend this resort to absolutely everyone who is considering a family vacation there.

It did not break the deal for me, but the pillows are HORRIBLE - worn out, hard, just a pain. All inclusive package had its limits, but would not say it was a scam. The drinks are sugary garbage, but will keep you and your children hydrated. For food do not expect fine dining, but it was still very good with plentyful of high-value foods to choose from. Overall still great value for money.
