We love the placeLarge , clean room with the best view in townOnly a few minutes to the great restaurant Locanda Toscano

The location was perfect, right in the middle of everything. The staff was friendly, helpful, and very accommodating. The rooms were nicely updated, including a mini fridge, which was nice. We enjoyed our stay.

Great location and staff.

We booked two rooms for three people. Overall, the location was great and the staff were very friendly and helpful. At first glance, everything looked clean.Unfortunately, the moment I entered my room, there was a very strong sewage smell. I kept the windows open and even bought deodorant for the room, but the odor persisted and made the stay very unpleasant. The other couple in our group didn’t notice it at first in their room, but later that night they also experienced the same strong smell.Because of this issue, I wouldn’t stay here again despite the otherwise positive aspects.

When it's very hot you should keep the windows in the corridors opened. The halls get to hot and you can smell a little bit of mold

Needs an elevator. Located I a beautiful piazza but that needs to be disclosed. Navigation took us to a street location where we couldn’t stop so we kept circling

The location was perfect, in the heart of Pizzo. The room was spacious and clean with a gorgeous view. The best part was the receptionist who was extremely charismatic and friendly. She helped us a lot and gave us recommendations and tips! We would stay again if we get a chance

The shower space was a little bit small and tight but still working perfectly fine :)

Nice view of the ocean, very central location.

At the town's main square, so noisy at times. Doesn't offer breakfast and the cafés at the piazza don't really offer anything other than spresso and croissants.

It was near a good restaurant called Toscano.

The room with a view of the piazza had a nice view— but was a bad college dorm room and you could hear every sounds made outside with all windows closed.Bed was the worst of my life. Random refrigerator placed with no outlet to be reached. No drinking water available. No cups. No decent soap for washing hands. Wouldn’t even think about showering.The manager from afar was helpful with parking, nothing else. The woman on-site was nice until we told the truth— then super defensive and out of touch. Some random maintenance dude teamed up with her against us in a very absurd manner. They recommended the local dessert with lame discount coupons to the one place in the piazza with creepy stalker staff. We Daphne great places to eat in town and wonderful local people— everyone had negative things to say about the property, concurring with our experience.

The staff has been very pleasant and helpful (they let leave my luggage for a few days!), the room is super comfortable (the bed is a delight and it's very bright), and the hotel is part of a cute piazza at the heart of Pizzo.

If you go to Pizzo and you can do one flight of stairs, this is the place to stay!
