Pool and leisure facilities Italian restaurant was great Spa facilities were excellent.

One of my favourite stop off’s on a road trip from Poland to UK. Indoor and outdoor pool were both set to magnificent standards, as was the buffet for dinner and breakfast. Thank you to all of the kind staff for taking care of us, we will be back again for longer than a night

Everything was perfect

Is a Spa hotel mainly caring for old people. The Italian restaurant on site is pretty good. Location for SpreeWald/Burg is ok.

Generally:Breakfast is not that great for what is 4 star superiorsBut mainly the hotel is all about money, no service whatsoever - My child was ill, I was a no show and they did not even propose nothing. You paid is payed- There was a running race starting from hotel but when asked if I could checkout a little bit later they asked 10euro per hour. Point.- Although the hotel is in the middle of nowhere they charge 7 euros per night for parking. Not that you can go and park anywhere else… is forest all around

Location, lots of green, petting zoo and a Badehaus, that was very nice, people overall were nice too, some more than others, great for people with kids who like to swim and go bicycling, we didn’t do any of this so maybe we are not the typical customers

It’s supposed to be a 4 star, dog friendly accommodation. I wouldn’t rate it as a 4, dog friendly to me is more than a thin little blanket, a plastic bowl and a little treat, especially because our room was above the dumpster, so there was noise during the day from the cleaning crew, in the evening from the restaurant, you name it, not very relaxing. The beds were hart and uncomfortable, breakfast was so so, fruit out of a can, bread, rolls the cheap kind , I don’t understand why they can’t apparently work with bakeries that are local and deliver fresh, so really something that I would expect from a 4 star, this I would raze a good 3

Breakfast had an immense variety of food and beverageThe playground for kids in the external area of the restaurant was convenient and had enough room for all kidsThe mini golf is nice the warm pool is great and unforgettable to our 3y old

missed a separate corner in the breakfast and the restaurant with milk-free, gluten-free options for allergy sufferers

The staff was very welcoming and friendly Our first room was incredibly hot and when we mentioned it after the first night we were allocated to a cooler and much nicer room, so hospitable!The facilities are great, nice pool with a bar and clean/safe saunas.The hotel is surrounded by a beautiful field that you look out on and can walk around.There are horses and a petting zoo just opposite the hotel for kids :)Right around the corner of several spots where you can kayak (a must if you want to see Spreewald)

The hotel is a bit rundown, it feels stuck in the 80sNo airconditioning or air control so over summer it gets hot. Same goes for the mosquitoes, without airco they’re everywhere despite the bugnetting on the windowsThe beds are quite basic, not so comfortableThe dinner buffet wasn’t really for us..

Excellent breakfast, clean rooms

Too much people! There not enough saunas/relax places for all people, when the hotel is overbooked. I couldn’t use the Turkish sauna at all, because all the places there were already taken from other people. All lounge sofas were taken with towels or personal belongings from other people. Too crowded!

Professional staff for the most part, some underqualified in between, overall ok. Nice pools, great rooms and service

The Badehaus is beautiful. The room had everything we needed and even a little treat for our Yorkshire Terrier.

More pillows would be great.

It was very clean with very good decor, the room was extremely comfortable and high specification. The breakfast was unbelievable, best I’ve experienced in a while, there was definitely something for everyone’s taste. And the place was spotless.

I couldn’t think of anything, I’m sure no one could.

The big room was very accommodating for the whole family and the proximity to the pool, the Italian restaurant and the small petting zoo made everything easy.

Breakfast, staff, services, wellness area. Would love to stay there again. They also provided a free pick-up and drop shuttle from Vetschau train station.

Cold water in indoor and outdoor pool, even when it was mentioned warm water on website. Two single mattress on a double bed. Also, I opted for a 50 Euros wellness (massage) package for 50 minutes but it was done in less than 40 minutes with breaks, I wouldn't recommend it.

Amazing property in the countryside, with great decor and a really good SPA, and even a petting zoo.

Our room faces the street so it’s a bit noisy.Weak wifi.

Nice location, many different opportunities what to do, great for kids, very good breakfast.
