The staff was very friendly and accommodating, the use of the sauna was a fantastic treat, the breakfast was very good, the beds were comfortable.

The room was a bit small and could use some renovating, particularly in the bathroom.

mattress and bedding were low quality, i woke up sore. wall was thin and next door neighbors were hooting and hollering all night. half the building wasnt occupied so not sure why they put a party of 6 next door to a toddler. didn't seem like the right heating system for such a large space, it got very cold overnight despite thermostat seemingly set to 20.

The sauna in the room was amazing. Beds were comfortable. Breakfast in the morning had a great selection of delicious foods.

Lovely and accommodating hosts. We've been given a free upgrade and ended up with a room with private sauna which was absolutely lovely. The yard with a pond was well looked after and inviting. A great destination for lunch or dinner. The food was seasonal and fresh. Breakfast was a continental breakfast. It was all very fresh, expecially the bread! An overall very clean accommodation. The room had a fan but unfortunately no fridge. Other than that we had a great time and would happily recommend this place.

No private fridge which would have been nice to store a cold drink in during hot summer days.

Cozy area around the middle of Spreewald, just by some canals on the other side of the road. The room was facing a lovely courtyard to sit and relax, or enjoy breakfast/dinner. Room in our case was small but fitted everything needed, gave an old-timey sense and appeal. Lovely and helpful staff. Fine breakfast included, what you'd expect from a standard buffé. Lots of areas to explore through walking, biking or canoeing the canals.

Rich breakfast and nice staff.Cleanliness. Thermal pools are just 4 min by car or 30 min on feet.

Smell in the room (we stayed in rustic room) and hard mattresses. And noise in the morning - some construction works began around 8:00 in the morning just right in front our window.

The friendliness of the staff. Even helped me to be able to order food when kitchen is closed. This I do appreciate a lot as I was back to hotel late.

I really liked my stay, the location was good for me, the property has a very cozy atmosphere and staff was friendly and nice.

Two very small things, that can be easily looked into. There was wood worm in my bathroom door that made noises while chewing the best parts of the door. Some may find that scary, as it was quite audible. Secondly, on my second day of stay I had the feeling the breakfast rolls where from day before/ re-baked and therefore a bit dry, even though when fresh the bread items were superb. So its a loss, if you already know how to source a great product. Overall I enjoyed the food at this place though.

you enter the room directly from the parking (!) , it is absolutely not a “hotel feeling” but more like motel on the highway. I don’t understand what is bio in this place , for sure not food

The area was lovely and very close to the Spree, so with the additional ability to rent Kayaks right at the hotel, we were very satisfied. The food was very good and the staff were super friendly.

Building not well maintained. My room was rectangular with a narrow passage between my bed and the wall. window sills were filthy.

The hotel location was perfect near to the Spreewald Thermen, the personal was extremely nice, the room with sauna is a must, the bio food was delicious.

Nice setting in the heart of Spreewald. Healthy breakfast choices, good service.

Small, dark and damp rooms that don't improve by having canopy beds. Linen was not clean and teared off. By far the most expensive accommodation on our Spree tour to Berlin, but far from being the best.
